Doesn’t notify me
I have notifications turned on and it has permissions for location etc. I don’t know when someone rings the bell. The is good for logging in to view the camera and talk back and forth but right now it’s not good as a doorbell until the App is fixed or the bug is fixed.A Jizzzzzzzzz
Notifications?
I have all my notifications turned on and I’m still not receiving any type of notification when there is some sort of motion detected... I have an iPhone 11. Can anyone help me out?Guill1234
App not working
Bell is working but when try and open the app it doesn’t work which means I can’t update or anything. If one of the developers can look at this I’ll be happy to change my star ratingPinkybrin
Need more options
Compare to other apps this is very poor and limited option. Developer should check other apps to bring more flexibility and user friendly updates immediately. Now I am stuck as I have purchased the camera and it has very limited option to use !!!

App Needs LOTS of Work
The app needs some help .. literally only worked for a couple days to do what I needed it to do. Can’t go back and see any past recordings from the day so if you miss it, you miss it. Not to mention the battery dies way too quickly. Switched to a Ring.Tmed2363
Unable to engage auto recording.
Had been able to auto record, update removed that option. Now if you’re not on the camera to hit the button, it doesn’t record. Useless when needing it to record package delivery or identify a package thief.khmom3
Don’t work
This app uses sound to pair during pairing any noise can break connection phone ringing anything .
After trying to get this to work gave up just would not pair so in my opinion it is useless waste of timepat 2020
No cloud anymore
This used to do cloud storage for a week but now it does nothing...
I wish this had an array of features like for example when sun is setting I get spammed really bad. So a temporarily disabled would be nice, or avoid this specific area in the motion detection.Xunderworldx
Very poor app and bell does not record
This app is very poor and needs significant improvements.
The bell sends notifications to your phone if a car drives past meaning you cannot use this in work unless you want 3 ‘ding dongs’ going off every two minutes. It is so slow to start recording that by the time it does the person has gone. You cannot even open the app in time as it takes so long to link into the bell so it is a waste of time. The small sections it does record you can never view as it takes you to the first ever recording.
We bought for safety and to view delivery drivers who leave parcels for all the neighbourhood to see and it was a waste of £30.

NOTIFICATIONS AND VIDEO
Please UBell, update the software! Your customers need to be able to adjust your tone notifications and we need to be able to view our videos. The notification tones are entirely too long. Especially since the cameras are very sensitive and are triggered constantly. No one can function with the tones set up they way you have them. We also need to be able to view past videos. The app does not allow you to choose a time to view. This defeats the purpose of even having video. These are important issues that need to be addressed and fixed. Thank you :)Show lessCupcake2q
