Annoying alarm
Alarm keeps going off even with notifications disabled the noise still comes through the phone. Updates for the firmware fail, rewinding and playback doesn’t work. Cannot save previously recorded to phone ‘successfully’. Would rather the ToSee app :(MicroMacX

To be fair I deleted my original review. After upgrading the modem and adding an extender, this app is working just fine. Be sure your modem’s signal is strong. I have this app on several devices. It responds every time with a notification. I only wish when the door bell is used and also engaged by movement that the camera is activated. By the time I respond to the notification, the event is over.Show lesslet it ring

UPDATED!!
I put in a faster SDHC 63 Gig (class 10 speed) and now it appears to allow playing back old recordings as it should
What would also improve it, is if there was the ability to select a date to jump directly to, instead of just sliding through the timeline.
If you choose “Call In” instead of notification then it’s not annoying, with not as many alert tones
There is no working URL support link in the App Store., so can’t ask what “cruise” icon does...? Please tell us in the APP description?
Tech notes;
Formatting SD card within the app does not work, video is still there after it completes.
On a PC You have to pre-format the sd Card as FAT not NTFS, or the unit will not see the SD card.
Use the extra instructs that come with the chime unit to set that up, not the main instructions.
In order to update the unit’s firmware, you need to have charged batteries in the unit, not just external AC power.Show lessPongmeister

Hello I bought this doorbell then people could still get hold of me while I am out of my property .. it is worth the money but also there is a problem when the person who rings the bell you cannot hear them clearly but they can hear you .. I am glad that I bought this product and it does its job I would recommend it ... mobile app works fine than you have a nice dayShow lessRaywatson45
Not working properly!!
It only works when it feels like working! The ringer goes every time the wind blows but when a person is near the device it takes a few minutes to register! When the alarm does go off and I click on it to see who is at my door the device won’t active the camera it keeps buffering. This device was made to help protect my family but it is not something I can rely on.Show lessGee 13

Would be perfect if the camera had a quicker response to motion activated recording (instead of recording the last 8 seconds of the action) and if the end user could adjust the specific location for motion recording to activatekiese68
App not great
Hi I’m not happy with the app I don’t get notifications when the door bell rings but the camera is great 😏
So if i got notifications when there were movement and then when someone rung the bell it would be great and get a 5 rating xgrace.l.o
Camera works, mic works, software is weak
I bought this device a few months ago and was very pleased at the ease of setup and install. The camera is good quality as is the speaker and mic. The software not so much.
The software seems to glitch when trying to go back and review events, it does not scroll and when it does, it jumps to the first recording- not helpful.
The alerts you get from this device make me want to punch kittens. It’s not just one “ding dong” it keeps dinging until you open the app, there are no settings to adjust this- do NOT have your ringer turned on while you are at work if you don’t want everyone staring at you every time a car passes by or when the wind blows a tree limb.
I think with some attention to the UI of this app this device could be a 5 star app easily.Show lessMynickname is taken
