Stopped sending notifications to iPhone
Worked ok when I first started using the app and device. After upgrading my phone from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 11 (using same OS versions), the device no longer sends notifications to my phone.MPG56
Get another camera system
Avoid like the plague, horrendous UI and unreliable camera. If you move fast enough a High PIR detection will miss it. Plus if you want to review footage it’s useless if it’s on 60 seconds you will have to keep it constantly powered onDogeeeeeeeeeee
Bad App
I use this doorbell for my business so that I can see who’s coming and going while I’m not there. By the time the app loads, the person isn’t at the door anymore. And it is very difficult to go back to see who was there. The doorbell sound itself is often delayed. Also, the device is useless without the app. So you’re left with no options to fix the problem.Show lessMindyolo
The Wi-Fi name is locked to just “Wi-Fi” now please fix.
This made the software useless because it can’t be rename to the local Wi-Fi naming convention. Please fix..J168668

Doorbell is great, app is slow
This doorbell works great, the video is clear and it’s easy to setup. The app is rubbish, it’s too slow to load camera and with the results by the time the camera has loaded you’ve missed the door as the person and waited and walked off!Shan2509
Won’t stop chiming.
Installed for a camera and even though I turned off notifications it keeps chiming each time there is motion. Tried to go to support page and it does not exist.wdwlaw

Don’t waste your money
The device is ok if you’re home, because it doesn’t send you push notifications when someone is at the door, so no point in getting it for security if that’s what you want it for. I am not getting any notifications at all, very disappointed in this product, would be better off getting a guard dog.Angelajohn
Poor quality
The video is unavailable almost all the time. When it finally works, the video lags too.😞😞😞😕😕😐
