It does not work.
I have my front door camera going then I noticed when I bought the batteries the batteries needed to be charged so then I charge them hung up the doorbell and then it worked out of the blue I took it down to charge it again and now neither one of the devices is working the other. Also the back door doorbell does not even work unless it’s plugged in so I have to use that for an inside camera definitely a waste of money. Ad it was a gift smh.Show lessNikkiDaScorpio
Decent overall
3.5 - It would be great to have the option to be able to be notified of ‘activity’ with just a pop up banner without the annoying continuous bell, or at least the option for a different, shorter sound. It does take a little while for the video to load, making it easy to miss someone ringing. Talk back is fine mostly. Could do with a sound box for inside the house so we’re not always having to keep phones off mute, as it is we have kept the old bell as a back up. Overall it’s a decent bell and the video quality is good, I like the ‘night mode’ feature, too.Show lessBeckaEm44
Playback is pants
The doorbell it’s self is good, when it’s pressed it comes through to my phone well, I can speak and they can hear me fine. A few times it won’t load this is possibly signal related my end. My main issue is the playback. It just won’t playback previous recordings, it shows activity and the section in orange on the timeline but I can’t view the footage.Show lesssqafran
Bad update.
I have this camera for over 4 months and recently got update. It was not saving to the cloud. Yesterday I have a technician change my router and I knew will have to update the WiFi settings. Now I have a brick since it will not recognize any of my devices. I have tried all type of resets and configurations and It won’t read my signal. Frustrated to had purchase what I though was a great device and now finding its useless.Show lessPapiBlum

My main gripe is I cannot silence the notifications. Also there is no way to contact the developer. The link to website doesn’t work.Mista joh

I’m not sure where the negative feed back is coming from I have had no issues at all easy as pie to set up device wise and app again easy as pie to use no complaints whatsoever very very happy with this unit.

Annoying
I got this as a gift and was excited, that turned to annoyance very quickly. I wish there was a setting to just allow you to get notifications for a doorbell push not everything that goes by. Or have a different sound for the doorbell versus the activity outside. If this was changed I would rate much higher. Right now I get between 20-99 notifications a day and maybe 1 actual person at my door.Show lessTalon1218
Too long to load and can’t hear person ringing the bell
I bought the cctv doorbell for safety and the doorbell is great but this app is awful it takes to long to load when you have a notification that someone is there..........not what I was expecting as you miss what or who was there! Even when I’m in my home it’s taking life to connect which obviously is not good.
Another hang up is you can’t hear the person on the other side when talking back from the app on my iPhone they can hear me but can’t hear them and I shouldn’t have to lip read!!!!

Reviewing Recordings Is Tedious
Setting up the camera in the app is pretty easy. And the video quality is surprisingly good. However trying to go back and review recordings is a hit or miss proposition. It is VERY difficult to select the recording. It shows up as a nice red area on the timeline but the scroll function jumps all over the place. If the company would fix this major flaw it would be near a 5 star app. BTW, why can a developer publish an app without contact info?Show lessfmartyn
Not very good
The notifications keeps ringing all time even at night when notifications should not make a sound.
No way to silent the notifications, it just keep ringing until I open the app.
Can not see the cloud videos unless I open the camera which consume the battery
