2345 Ala Wai, Apt 1410
Unit was adequate for our needs. Great location. The service received from Captain Cook’s staff (Wendy & James) was absolutely wonderful and greatly appreciated. Thank you.
A great Mainsail property.
Island Holiday was perfect again. 304 Mainsail was ready early and the maids did a great job as the unit was very clean and ready for guests. The beds had Beautyrest mattresses and were super comfortable. The view of the Marina was clear although the 3rd floor was a bit high for watching boaters. Mainsail made a new rule that renters could NOT use the underground parking. This eliminated handicap parking close to the elevator and forced you to park by the pool which is far from the entrance. Carrying luggage was a big problem. There is now only two handicap parking spaces available for over 90 plus units. I doubt that complies with ADA rules. Looking at the underground parking there were many empty spaces. We rented from a unit owner. Why could we not use his space? Is the Board anti renters?

App doesn’t work
Used it successfully for our last trip in 2021 and cannot get the booking date to populate. Chase n Rainbows will not respond to any communications other than taking money and signing contracts. Would love the peace of mind that an operating App would bring.
Epic Maui vacations
Unfortunately I am very unsatisfied with our stay at Honui Kairoom 215 Hokulani Tower. The doors front wouldn't close and slider wouldn't lock. But the worsted was the privacy we had rented a large patio unit to enjoy with our family grand kids and kids and found our patio was the access for the painters, 12 or more, all day in and out right past our bedroom and all living area T 7:40 all day in and out. The slider was open when we came home from a walk on the second day . Scary. Contacted the Epic Maui and they did get doors fixed but only response to privacy issue was they were unaware of work being done and would contact Hotel. Big deal . The credited of a tiny $ amount for our inconvenience. Wrong our privacy and use of our patio was just terrible. We would never have booked this and paid so much for a nicer room . They failed us on our trip. I did try to see if they would remedy this issue but the chose not to. 😪

Vacation 2022
We arrived a day late due to hurricane Ian but found our house untouched from storm damage. Our 2 week stay was so much fun and we especially enjoyed the new landscaping and other improvements to the house. 2 Full Sweep has become a second home for the six of us. We have been staying here for many years and have already booked our next visit. We look forward to seeing what’s new in 2023. The Arnold, Bennett, Bridges and Butterfield group.

Aqua Dreams
This house has a fabulous 180 degree view of the beach, and overall we had a wonderful time here. AC, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and appliances all work fine, EXCEPT the ice maker and water from the fridge are very slow, so buy ice. The house, linens, etc. are clean, but there is a roach problem! This week we killed about a dozen roaches. More hooks would be helpful; a couple of the bedrooms have none. In the master suite bathroom the sink drains very slowly. Upstairs bathroom is small and could use updating, so for showers all of us used other 2 bathrooms on middle level.
Getting to the beach requires a climb over the dune. The outdoor faucet for the hose in the fish cleaning area is out of reach for rinsing sandy feet—Your feet get sandy again when you go around to turn it off!
But overall this house has a fabulous deck w several chairs to enjoy the best view of the ocean we have ever had at OBX. Saw dolphins, pelicans, many shore birds. For our group of 7 adult women, the house was sufficient.

Difficult log in
Once you were able to login the app is full of useful and helpful information. The problem is the login. For some reason you can use the correct email and the login will fail even with the correct start date. I’ve had this happen to years in a row. Even the correct booking number does not work. Perhaps the rental agents send an email with login info before the app is enabled. I can’t recall how I fixed this last time, but it shouldn’t be this difficult.

Wonderful accommodations in a beautiful setting
Our unit (14N) was spacious, immaculate and well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay at Siesta Key Beach. We really enjoyed our sun porch with the view of the beach, and appreciated the additional small balcony outside the kitchen for our morning coffee and tea.
The pool area was clean and well-maintained and a nice alternative to the beach.
