Nona’s Nest is a must
We had a wonderful time, the kids definitely liked the pool after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of hot water when taking showers. Nice size kitchen and places to sit for eating. The living room is very confined, I would take out the large end tables and put more seating room. We could usually fit 6 people in the living room which made the others have to go somewhere else. The weather made it difficult to sit out on the deck because of the mosquitos, so much water everywhere. We did a lot of sweeping outside the decks, pretty messy. My daughter had to rewash her sheets, there was black all over one side, not sure what it was. My grandchildren loved being able to fish in the lake, they caught a couple and released them. It was nice watching the deer when they came out. Nice size washer and dryer. A good size lawn for kids to play too.

Useable and convenient
This app is very usable and convenient. Several reviewer said they had trouble logging on. I did as well initially, but once I received an email invitation from the resort to download the app, I was able to login easily. It was only two days before my arrival. Perhaps your information is not placed in the queue many days ahead of time. I found the links to phone numbers to call for maintenance and guest services very easy to access. Better than surfing the web and trying to find the right number while at the resort.

No reply “fix it” form
The app itself is ok for receiving information about check in/check out process and som spam about beach activities. There is a “fix it” form that apparently goes nowhere. I did not receive a single response to the 3 forms I’ve submitted. Got a phone call back in response to a PHONE CALL, but the messages that the lady claimed she had sent never came through the app or email. Something is not working or being miscommunicated. Overall, Newman-Dailey and its contractors (including this app) still have quite a few improvements to pursue.

I recently downloaded this app per recommendation from a company we rented a house from for the week for a family vacation. We didn’t really “use” the app much but it gave us some really useful information during our stay, including check in/out procedures, weather and traffic delays. We had a really good experience using this app for the first time.

UK date format entry issue
Trying to get past the home page but entering my booking date in UK iPhone format reverses the month and day compared to the Canadian format. So it won’t let me get beyond that home page. Annoying and unusable as it stands. Any advice?
