  • Franks stay

    The most beautiful house ever. The pool was great. The home had everything you need. Washer/dryer was great to have. Electronic blinds were fabulous. Private and secluded home. Fishing off private dock was great. Use fresh Mullet. I would not change a thing. Has 2 air conditioners to control both levels. Home was very comfortable. TVs easy to use having spectrum. Showers were hot and refreshing after going to beach in supplied beach buggy. The home had all kitchen needs. Outdoor grill gets really hot for grilling steaks. I can’t find a negative for this stay. Perfect, perfect, perfect

  • McLovin 2024

    This is our 5th year staying at this house. It is a perfect fit for our family. One thing I commend the owners on is that each year we notice something new and improved, which means the owners truly have a vested interest in keeping this home as nice as possible. We love the pool, hot tub, and. Corn hole. Our adult aged children and their spouses each have their own king size bed and their own bathrooms. There is room for our growing family. This year we had two new grand daughters. The only ‘upgrade’ I would recommend is a rocking chair or
    Arm chair in each of the bedrooms on second floor for young moms to rock their babies. This house is always so clean, the kitchen is more than well equipped with nice pots and pans and dishes. Thanks for keeping McLovin in such great shape. We hope to
    See you next year for our sixth straight year. I would love to
    Stay here in early fall and early spring even if we did not have use of the pool and hot tub as it is such a convenient location!!!

    Being from Richmond, Va, it is an easy drive to get here and we love coming to the OBX and McLovin has become part of our family tradition.

  • Horrible property

    I rented a huge property for my wedding party and myself to stay and have my reception at, 4 days, 3 night stay. This cost me a very pretty penny so I expected this property to be immaculate. Upon arrival there was dog hair all over the floor, all over the rugs, in the couches, on the stairs. It was absolutely horrible. The bbq pits were horrible, only one was actually semi working and the second was completely rusted and did not even light. Half the TVs in the home did not work, or the plug in was too far from the tv that you couldn’t even plug them in. All surfaces were dusty like the place hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. My cleaning fee charge for this property was $550 alone. So I’m just shocked we got the property in this condition. The stairs were very old and moved when you even stepped on them, the house had many spots where the wood panels were broken, outlets did not work. This list is long for the issues for this property and with what I paid it’s just crazy to me that the place would be like this. Yes I called the office and yes I complained, they sent the cleaners to come vacuum the home but shouldn’t that of been done before I arrived? And the property is a No Pets allowed rental. Super disappointed with this home and company
