Glitchiest app ever. So annoying when you don’t have a choice but to use it. Do better CFCU

You’re a bank, pay for a better app.

Password reset function allows for minimum 8 characters with no more than two repeated characters. Not a single combination tried worked. Ended up using the website online banking.

Seriously, the app is now deleted and transactions will be managed via the website, that’s the level of quality of this application. You at a bank. This is how your users move funds. Pay attention and solve the friction points of this review and the others. Run surveys and get more feedback and use those in combination. It’s absolutely crucial.

Multiple users

App is terrible. Can’t have more than one user for the app. Much preferred the old app.

Very good

The new app is actually quite good. I find it easy to use and simple, which suits me. Plus, OSKO for payments is excellent.

A bad joke

Terrible layout. Also why would anyone not send via osko. Who would purposely want a payment transfer to take upto 3 days and why is it the default.

Old app was better

I prefer the old app. I could see all accounts on the quick view. Easier to use rather than sliding from screen to screen. Not a fan.

Upgrade

The upgrades to the app have made it easier to track my transactions.

New App

Why change something that worked fine. Very annoying.

We understand no one likes to have to change their app, however we made the decision to change providers to bring members more features and benefits in the app. Over time we’ll roll out more features too that will make your banking easier.

Not happy

The new update June 22 will not allow me to log back in, keeps saying “The maximum Smart App registration for members associated with ****** has been reached”.

Thanks for the feedback. A security feature of our app is that you can’t have it installed on more than 5 devices. To download the new app, some members have had to request to remove some old device registrations to be able to progress with the app set up. A quick call to us can have this removed in moments. If there’s an unrelated issue, we’d love to hear from you so we can sort it out.
