Like the news and articles

But why do they not load sometimes without closing and reopening the app?

Good interface but fills storage with daily editions

How is it not possible to automatically delete editions more than a week or so old? My iPad runs out of space monthly and only solution is to delete this app and it’s 3 GB of documents to get the space back.

Great resource

Great information tool and helps me stay current with every day life !

Loading issue

I like having the Post Gazette in old school newspaper format. My frustration is with the download. Some days every other page is from the previous day’s edition.

Review of new (and old) app of PG

New app is fine but lacks some of info in regular edition—therefore I use both editions—since new edition arrived, I have had difficulty down-loading the regular (old) edition—-since Jan 20 that day’s issue has been downloading—-“reload” doesn’t change this behavior—-any ideas how to get the old edition to load daily on my I pad ??? The e-papers

I enjoy getting some of my news on the PG Newsslide in these days of three print newspapers a week. I also enjoy the various puzzles in the entertainment section.
It does take a very long time to load at times.

Aggravating app

This new connection to the newspaper will not connect to my system most of the time. When it does, it is extremely slow to load and I usually give up in frustration. I don’t think the problem is on my end, since other apps load without problems. Maybe the best idea is to Just stick with The NY Times, but it would be nice to have a hometown paper.

Jack Coyle

Reliable, credible, well-sourced reporting. This is news based on old school journalism that readers can hang their hats on. Still word-class, polished news. Well done!

PG Newslide

The PG Newslide is a unique way to get some of the news. It offers the same article as on the PG web page, it just offers only a few. I suppose the thinking is if someone reads article on the Newslide they will want to pay for a subscription to their website and be able to access all of the articles. I have news for the PG — I will not pay for your liberal, left-leaning web page. I have read the PG for years and have throughly enjoy most of the sports coverage, (I stopped reading PG news articles a long time ago because of the liberal bias.). So not only are you losing me, a loyal reader of the PG sports, but I am not seeing the ads your advertisers pay to post on your site. Especially when I can read about Pittsburgh sports for free on the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review site, or any number of other free sites. Because of your website’s pay-wall you have lost me! Goodbye!

Opening

Often takes exceedingly long for article to open. Sometimes it doesn’t open at all and you have to close and start all over
