  • Never again

    I’ve placed an order way over a month ago the person I spoke to told me they will try and figure out what is going on and will change my shipping to receive my order faster and now the tracking number I have says to get in contact with the place shipping my items because it’s been more than 3 days with no update I will never order from here again this was something I was expecting for Valentine’s Day and still haven’t gotten 👎🏻

  • Good and bad

    the items here are nice but i’ve already filed a complaint and chatted with 4 different costumers services and no one has replied when i’ve been wanted to cancel my order and i’ve waited patiently for a response and i payed to express shipping which is 10$ more and still took never came. and when i found another way to cancel my order it said i must pay a 30% fee to cancel and i find that a little ridiculous cause it never said processed.

  • Worst than I expected. they’re not respond my refundable

    I purchased my items from 6 February 2021 it’s on sale . They having a system technical issues and asked me to re-do the order’s again but the price is not same as i bought the item on sales. I asked for the refundable but their not respond me at all.

  • They will rip you off!!!!!!

    PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They guaranteed Delivery by Christmas! I made sure to take screen shots of all of the info they bait people With! With these tough times I had a very limited amount of money for Christmas gifts this year and their prices were amazing! So I ordered my families gifts over a month ago! Christmas Is in 2 days and al they tell me is that it came to the US on the 10th and it’s somewhere in this country. I have never been so upset and if I can save anyone else the humility of being robbed and left with no way to get your families a gift then I hope it helps! RUINED MY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!

  • Worst app ever do not buy anything from here❗️

    I bought something for my girlfriend on here and it was supposed to be a blanket of us and a box of us in on the inside it was going to have confetti to pop open on Valentine’s Day it took $69 for me in this been processing ever since January and I have not got my money back yet and I tried their number and their number doesn’t even work I repeat do not buy anything from here unless you want to get ripped off this is a scam business and it was scam you got your money I will never shop here ever again.‼️

  • Easy to navigate and simple

    Finding the perfect necklace and bracelet for my girlfriend was really easy! The app is really easy to use and simple to navigate, I didn’t notice any problems or bugs while using it and the it was really straight forward navigating the menus, finding what I needed, adding to cart, and checking out!

  • Very expensive and take long to fulfill orders

    I ordered a personalized item that said would take 4-5 business days to process and 5-8 to ship... so at least you have to order your stuff with 2-3 weeks in advance. So already an inconvenience

    It had been 9 business days and my item had not yet shipped. I tried to contact customer support to ask if they could change the shipping to a faster delivery. They completely ignored my request and said the item had now finally shipped.

    Btw you have to send them a message, there’s no live support, so I had to wait 2 days for a response.

    I needed the item for the today the Jan. 22nd. Still in transit and probably won’t get it until next week. You cannot cancel or return the item without paying a fee first.

    I then found the same item I paid for somewhere else for $10 and here in Soufeel it cost me $27.

    Huge mistake buying from here.

  • Worst app

    I ordered a set of personalized guitar picks and a case on 12/07, and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. They said the personalized picks take 2 days to be ready and then 5-8 days for shipping so it would be here around 12/17, and I would get the picks on time. About the case, they said they didn’t have it on stock at the moment but they would get it on 12/12, because it’s not a personalized item I would only have to wait for the 5-8 days, it would be here by the 20th and still on time for Christmas.
    One day after I placed the order I got an email that the case would actually be on stock only on the 22nd, so I asked them to cancel my order because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They canceled the case but said that there would be a fee if I wanted to cancel the personalized item since they already started working on it, which is completely fair. So I canceled the case but kept the picks, since I would still get it in time for Christmas. I literally just got the picks yesterday, January 11th. The order was supposed to be here in 10 days and it took them over a month, I didn’t have the chance to give the gift on time and honestly the quality of the pictures on the picks are awful. Never getting anything from them again and would never recommend it!

    Hello, for the personalized jewelry, it usually takes 5-7 business days(some need 7-8 business days)extra to make them by hand. The weekend does not include.And after it takes 2-3 working days to pass the quality control, and the delivery time will depend on your location and shipping method you selected.
