I have sent several messages with no reply from customer service about an order that I have not received I have ordered from this site many Times but the last two times I have ordered has been a problem taking two months before receiving my order before this one and it’s been almost 3 months and I still have not received this order this will be the last order very disappointingShow lesseverybameistaking

Excellent price and quality
I’ve now been using soufeel for three years. I wanted to buy my girlfriend jewelry but we were teenagers and I was limited on what I could afford. I went online and found soufeel and bought her a locket with a picture of us inside and a message engraved. The quality and price were perfect and ever since then I always use soufeel. Buyer beware - utter rubbish
Took over 3 weeks to arrive , when it did arrive it was utter rubbish it looked second hand and was scratched with very poor quality- I paid express delivery 5-8 days and it arrived 24 days late - they told me I couldn’t cancel my item even tho it said not in stock a week after I paid after I tried to track my item and they said I could have 30% back as they would have an item that would be unsellable and they also refused to refund my express delivery as they said the delivery starts when the order was processed 20 days in - took 3 days for a email to be replied too and then this is what turned up - disgusted buyer beware you will wait ages and ages and no refunds given and crap will be received -Show lessJodi 2222
