I was just at the dealership trying to pay for my tires and the app stopped working. I reached out for help from a rep who told me “I’m sorry, I don’t know what to tell you” so I had to pay for my tires with my savings for my son Senior needs. So upset I won’t be using this again.Flatamana

It’s great for people with not so great Credit. But it kind of hit you hard when I have to come up with an extra $50 just to process your paperwork. If they’ve got to charge something maybe another 10 or 15 but 50 is a little bit excessive.tire shopper 101

Worst experience ever
I wish I could give no stars! Please do not use this. I made payments weekly for 15 weeks, tried to pay off my account before the 90 days and it didn’t work. Called today spoke to possibly the rudest customer service rep ever named Gary, who literally tried to argue with me over the phone and insult me. End up paying DOUBLE the amount due. Then to find out because there’s already a weekly payment on the way I’m still getting charged that one, and they WONT be refunding me. First time I’m ever leaving a review somewhere and might even seek legal help.sethcivil
