Hello,Thank you for your feedback.

Good app but very buggy

This is a 5 star app that is given 3 star support. Known bugs are still not taken care of and I’ve run across another.

App settings?

My app switched to military time. I’m new to the area and am still trying to learn the bus schedules but the military time throws me off. Is there a way to switch it back to a 24-hour format? I’ve searched the settings and haven’t been able to figure out how to switch it.

Dear Lilee137, We are sorry that you’re having issues with the app. You can contact us at support@bytemark.co if this issue has not been resolved.

Update

The update is awful you can’t see the buses out there just the bus stops.

What’s happening

Every time I click the app it doesn’t open

Worked well at one point... then iOS 14 happened

I rely on this app to get to and from work every day, and it worked great for a long time. It is really unfortunate that there hasn’t been an update in 10 months or anything to prepare for the big jump to iOS 14. The app now shows the Dart logo, and then crashes. Every so often I get lucky and it will open, but it for the most part crashes leaving me standing there awkwardly holding up the bus from continuing its round frantically trying to open the app and scan my QR ticket that I paid almost $50 for.

Hello Michael GB, Thank you for your feedback. We’re always working hard to improve the app. Any additional feedback can be sent to support@bytemark.co.

Not worth it

I can only get the app to load 1 in 10 times. I buy a ticket and can’t use it because the app won’t load again.

It’s sort of helpful....

So some of the trip planner times are off I often see one bus show before the one the trip planner has suggested.

Update—from clumsy to useless

I updated hoping they fixed the ‘tap three places just to display your ticket’ interface. They didn’t. Instead they made it virtually impossible to find the one piece of info anybody using this app would want: when is the next bus coming? It defaulted from my northbound stop to displaying the southbound (because it is ‘nearer,’ maybe?). I apparently have to memorize which number is the southbound one, or tap one to see which direction it’s going & if it’s the right one. I finally figured out to drag down to update, not tap the info you want to get, as in the previous version. Anyway, it’s a mess. I’ll see if Google maps has realtime info & is usable.
