A lot of bugs
Bugs need to be fixed. I am not sure how buses are tracked. The waiting time is inaccurate. A lot of “ghost buses” passing by in front of my eyes!
Having issues
When logging into app it doesn’t stay logged in also needs Android version as well where it can be compatible to both android products as well as iOS of all kinds tablets and phones. Also might want to add a profile page for all those that use it besides the login section that needs to keep people logged in on their devices that they are using it on to either purchase or check bus times so the don’t miss appointments, work, school or are going shopping or back home. Just a suggestion that’s all hope to see more updates for this app soon with everything fixed and working right.

Love the new trip planner and the real-time bus locations. This has definitely made my commute a lot easier.
