Bad App

Can’t turn off app after playing games which makes it not a good app

Good start but…

Should shut off watch emergency calls for these frequent phantom falls as hockey is a contact sport. Need to be able manually adjust start and finish times for activity. Heart rate max should be prominent in the setup to avoid false alarm calls to EMS etc. Couple results terms need more clarity.

Cool app

I like this app. Speed is definitely inaccurate (recorded me faster than McDavid once) but lots of other cool insights. Please add feature to record PIMs alongside goals and assists!! (I get more of those than points).

Simply Amazing App

If you play any level of hockey, this is an app you should not live without! Amazing data and stats that will encourage you to continually improve from skate to skate. The responsiveness of the developer is unreal, even when the issue was an iOS issue and not the App. The annual fee is a no brained for all the extra information that is incredibly detailed. Thank you to the developer for creating and continuing to add features to this incredible gift to the hockey world!!!

Wonderful App

I’m going to be honest here. This app is very good! They’re are some very useful features and tools on this app, that if you want to take you hockey game to the next level you should need! Sure a lot of the stuff you have to pay for but it is worth it! This is all around a great app especially if you have a Apple Watch to connect it to when you are on the ice. So like I said before you should absolutely get this app.

Tremendous app

I started using the app simply to measure the distance of my skate-similar to a running app, and to also measure my speed. After a significant cardiac event, I have grown to appreciate the detail the app applies to heart rate and BPM’s and how this is applicable to many ratings. While I may not fully understand ALL of it, I can sure as heck tell you that when I have a great game, the values reflect that. If I play a so so game, all of the relative data is also reflected. To date, I have used HT for about 3 years and I share the data with my cardiologist. It provides me the peace of mind to push my self (I have a max BPM set) and HT gives me data collection to be able to use for evaluation, analysis and other assessment activities that keeps me trying to improve.

With regard to my HRR, which is most important to me, it identifies a very consistent (good) trend which is shared with doctor.

Peace of mind and a lot of fun too.

Figure Skater

I am a figure skater and use this to track my ice sessions. For me it’s more about average distance and speed vs anything else. The biggest thing I use it for is to integrate my practices to my Apple Watch activities. The closest thing Apple Watch has is skateboarding. Not exactly useful. There is also a dry training mode and was hoping it would track steps but that is not the case. If it did then it would be a 5 star review.

Working hard eh?

Prove you’re the hardest worker on your line and the team.
Shift length alerts and the deep level of stats that you can get out of this are so great. Intergration into health app and fitness. This app rocks.

Not for any watch

Unfortunately older watches are no longer compatible. I wish I knew this before I was charged for a full year- with no refund. What a waste of money.

Must have for any player

Love the app, I have been using it for close to two years and have used it every skate. The stats are really helpful and I genuinely look forward to seeing if I’ve improved at all. I recommend it without hesitation to any player that asks about it.

I would love to see the ability to edit the end time, maybe by trimming the heart rate over time graph, I have definitely had more times than I’d like to admit where I didn’t realize I had the app running when I’m halfway home on the highway. You can remove shifts, but it doesn’t seem to change anything outside of the shift calculations.
