Useless and frustrating
The app is all but useless. The conversation with my bank disappears into a little bar at the top. Any attempt to scroll or usefully interact with message causes it to collapse. Even adding my bank was an exercise in frustration and they eventually had to send me a code instead of simply adding them within the app. I am appalled that something used for secure communication is this flawed. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. And I’m on an iPhone—hardly a rare device. Tech support has responded but with no solution currently, I am left unable to conduct critical business.

Super Apps. I will definitely recommend NIVO to anyone. This is the best apps I’ve ever used. Straight forward and easy no need to carry paper work. Just scan the required documentation and allow NIVO do the the rest of the hard work for you. Definitely Spot On keep it up NIVO
Not designed for ipad
The team are great but if you want to use on the ipad it appears the app is simply ported from the iphone and does not have a standard screen. Makes using on an ipad with magic keyboard near impossible as display only in portrait mode, so the wrong way up! This is less than ideal for those with small phone screens or people with special or additional needs that benefit from ipad use. Could this be updated soon? Thank you.

Loan Application
So easy to use and responses immediate. No waiting for snail mail or printing off statements as these could be uploaded with ease! I felt confident my data would remain secure. I was kept informed of processes and procedures being undertaken which I would confirm agreement to before anything happened. Very satisfactory.
