  • The best meditation app

    I’ve tried many meditation apps, and Brightmind is the only one that has helped me actually stick with a meditation practice.

    I’ve learned meditation skills that build on each other, and it’s beautifully designed.

  • Best meditation APP for beginners and experts alike

    I am a long time daily sit meditator who has tried several meditation apps. Been using BRIGHTMIND for close to 9 months. It is by far the best app for what ever level you are at in your meditation practice as your meditations can be customized for focus, level, and time. This app really TEACHES meditation and gives you a timer for so you can use what you’ve learned during your own meditation sit. I found my practice really accelerated when I unlocked the NOTING & LABELING section because then all the sections you’ve already experienced now have the added NOTING & LABELING instruction.

    Shinzen Young is an excellent teacher whether you’re looking for the secular benefits of increased concentration, equanimity, and clarity from a meditation practice or you’re using meditation on your spiritual enlightenment path. I have found as I have unlocked the various levels that the app gives me the experiences I have had on 7day sits with Shinzen.

    I happen to be recovering from a stroke which left my 20 year meditation practice in shambles. This app really helped me “remember” what my brain “forgot” and establish new neural pathways of focus and concentration, making my mind A BEAUTIFUL SERVANT, not a dangerous master.

  • Very helpful

    I have found this app to be nicely paced/structured. Organization into various categories has allowed me to focus on specific areas of my practice I would like to develop. Customer service was patient, quick and helpful in resolving an order problem based on an error I made.

  • Love It!

    I am really enjoying this app! Brightmind has helped me remain consistent with my meditation & being mindful - I set a goal to meditate at least twice per week - I started with a small, realistic goal, however I use this app pretty much daily & look forward to meditating & unlocking the next step on the app. I’ve even got my husband to meditate with me & we’ve made it part of our nightly routine. I’ve noticed I have been sleeping better at night & peacefully drifting off to sleep without the mental chatter that would so often have me tossing & turning at night. If you are considering paying for the premium access, I would recommend upgrading as i have found that it is worth it.

  • Best meditation app I’ve used

    I don’t normally write reviews but I’ve been meditating for two years and gone through multiple apps. I’ve been using Brightmind for about three weeks now and my meditation has improved tenfold. This is hands down the best app I’ve ever used, if you want to get serious about meditation and see true improvement, use Brightmind.

  • I have issues this helped!

    I’ve had anger issues nearly my whole entire life I would get anger at even the littlest of things I went to therapy but it didn’t help I just felt like it was to hard this really helped me get through it and changed my life for good
  • Good for beginners or advanced

    I’ve been a meditation student of Shinzen Young‘s for 25 years. So I’ve been learning at his retreats what is in this app. You might think therefore that the app would be useless for me. But I absolutely love it. And it’s helping to deep in my practice. I’m also teaching a beginner and he’s finding it very useful. Great app!

  • Great app

    You will not be disappointed. Content is added currently every month which brings fresh new meditations. Great guided meditation from one of the best teachers in the world, Shinzen Young.

    From my own experience of meditating for 2 years I have tried a lot of teachers. A lot of those teachers are great but currently I think Shinzen is the best there is.

    He brings a wealth of scientific knowledge with a wealth of eastern knowledge to his style of teaching. Try it out!

    This app provides a brilliant introduction into many different mediation types so you are sure to find one you love and one that makes it easy for you to practice regularly.

    I love the down to earth and easy to understand teaching style.
