  • Great for beginners

    This app is perfect for someone who wants to try meditation but feels like it's too hard or time consuming . The lessons are short, simple, and accessible. The coolest part is that you can pick an intention for the sessions (10-15min), and then it is tailored to that goal.

    For example, I chose better communication as the goal. The lesson guided me on how meditation focused on sight and hearing could be used to be a better listener. It only took ten minutes, but it carried over to the rest of my day.

    I've always had the intention to meditate more but struggle to make it happen. Brightmind will definitely make it easier!

  • Great teacher, great design

    I've been practicing meditation on and off for a few years, and these are the most helpful guided meditations I've found! The app provides you with a course of study in a variety of techniques, all of which can be adjusted to different durations. The lessons are clear and insightful, and help to cultivate a non-judgemental state of mind. As someone who can be turned off by new age BS, I appreciate this more practical, scientific style.

  • User friendly

    App makes it very easy for you to jump right into it. I have a hard time sitting still and being patient so being able to get right into increases my chances of getting my practice done. As the app continues to help slow me down I look forward to further exploring what else it has to offer.
  • Enhance Your Life

    This app has already been monumental in my daily success. I find it difficult to make meditation a habit without some guidance. I have found contradictary information online about how to improve my mental wellness. I have been using the Brighmind Beta for months and have noticed a vast improvement in my ability to handle stress, concentrate, achieve and pause before reacting to situations.

    Whether you have minimal meditation experience or have been practicing for years, this app can surely enhance quality of life by following the groundwork laid out in the app. I look forward to continuing this journey!

  • Amazing

    I’ve been using the Brightmind beta for months now and it has helped me in so many ways. Now that the full app is available I can’t wait to continue my practice in mindfulness growth and meditation.

    Being a chef and working 6 days/80 hours a week, I don’t have much time for anything really. But using Brightmind for just 10 minutes a day has changed so much in my life and helps me stay focused, motivated, and positive through all the stresses of life.
