App is useless.
Unable to make payments thru the app. I’m always getting an error message to call customer service. Once I call to make a payment Pronto charges another $35 to make a payment thru the phone.

I use this insurance because it’s what I can afford but this app is useless. You can’t renew or make a payment on it. Only thing it’s good for is looking up your policy number. That’s it.
Even the e signature doesn’t register on the app. What’s the point of it? Oh that’s right, so they can make more off of you in office or over the phone because they charge at least $20+ to do so. BUT YET THE APP DOESNT WORK FOR PAYMENTS. Not cool pronto. Fix your app. 🤬

What’s the point of the app if you can’t do literally nothing, you want to manage policy it never loads or closes the app, you can’t make payments, update whatever NOTHING is just useless

This app used to work just fine. But now it is useless. Can’t make a payment or do anything. I’ve tried un installing it and reinstalling but it doesn’t help. Don’t waste your time with this app. I’m going to switch insurance companies
