  • Very slow

    Keeps signing me out when trying to buy insurance plan. And why does the app go straight into my profile but if I want a new policy, it take me out and keep me in a loop of signing in and choosing a policy without letting me purchase one. I need to stay as a guest if I want to make a purchase. Please fix these issues

  • It’s a no from me.

    I’m gonna be completely honest. This app is horrible. I just created it & from the beginning it’s a head ache. To create the account, you put in your policy number…. I put it in about 5 times before it found my policy. I then go in to try to update AP, see when my premium is due, get any sort of info. IF IT DOES allow me to open a tab w/I completely closing out there’s no information in it, it shows policy number & a few docs. No way to make payment in the payment tab, no way to set notification preference in notifications tab. Not even a due date for my upcoming payment…. This was a waste of my time 🥲😅

  • Cant insurance on time

    The reason I’m unable to call is because I work 12 hour shifts and I hoped this app would allow me to pay. This app doesn’t work and neither does the stupid website. I just got this insurance and it’s frustrating when I’m not able to pay through the phone without calling. Since the app wasn’t working, I finally got the website to work and they also charge service fees through the website! Crazy this insurance is horrible just like takes the app that never loads, it’s all bad.

  • Broken app

    App doesn’t load at all when I click on a option it gives me a loading screen that never loads! App is broken doesn’t work at all to see your policy not even to make a simple payment
  • Worse app ever!!!!!

    Never works. Everything I enter is correct, but it always tells me wrong credentials. I can’t log in through quick pay. Nothin works!!!! Waste of time. They do it on purpose so that you have to call and pay extra fees!!
  • Worse than the website. Horrible

    Keeps lagging and then locks the first 6 times I tried to use it but the 7th attempt was the most frustrating because as I was trying to add a driver, for some reason this website seems to think I don’t know my daughter’s birthday… who I literally gave birth to. I know that the DL# is also correct because I have the license right in front of me. It will allow me to fill out all of the info aside from her name and every time I try to click on box, it pops up an error box telling me that the DL# and or DOB is wrong.
    Going to see my former agent as soon as they open and going back to Progressive. Do not know why the dealership insisted I go with this joke of a company. Good thing I have needed them for nothing other than staying legal because for the last 6 months the only thing that works is they are dead on when it comes to my autopay.

  • Cant make Payment

    I didn’t get to call and make my payment so I tried their website. Doesn’t work! Tried the app! Doesn’t work either.. I submitted my policy number and it said I have no policy. Like what? Hope they fix it soon because it would be beneficial using a website and app that actually works.

    Already have an account with Pronto Auto Ins.. I tried to create an account online same information I put in before and it keeps rejecting. This app is no good no good.

    Useless app never finishes loading when you try to set it up or login!!
