App is waaaaaaay tooooooo slooooooow. Fix this!
Doesn’t work
This app don’t work ,forget passwords feature don’t work. Call costumes services they don’t know nothing about the app...who should know !!!’
It works.. but it’s the slowest app ever!
The loading time to navigating through the app is frustrating. Luckily I already had my information or else I would’ve just taken a different route to make a payment. I like the idea of having the app, please fix the issue.

Horrible app
Can never seem to just login and make a simple payment. It loops me back to the front page. Always end up calling in to make an payment. Annoying
Why is it so slow?
Every time I try to add my payment info it slows down to the point that I get frustrated and just call in my payment. Can y’all fix this?

There’s no California version. I’d rather use the app than my web browser:(
