App stinks
I have had to delete and download this app
so many times it’s not funny. As an employer I can’t make corrections to hours on this app. I have to reject hours then go to a website and correct them or the employee has to. Say a prayer that your payroll will do it for you because even that is horrible to do. It a worthless app when you can’t correct anything on it

Needs intense improvement
When I tried to clock in or out sometimes it won’t even clock me in or out. Tends to load for long periods of time. With this being said, it creates incorrect times of work and it has to be fixed. Ever since I’ve started using this app, I’ve always had this issue with it. When you try to call for assistance so far I found a lot of the people I’ve talked to are very disrespectful and rude. A lot of the times I have not been able to get very good help from them. I’ve only talked to a handful of people that were actually helpful and kind. This needs to be addressed and fixed. Most of the time when you’re waiting for your paycheck, you’ve gotta wait almost 2 weeks before it actually gets to your mailbox. I’m not sure how direct deposit works considering I don’t have it. I wouldn’t be surprised if that was an issue as well.

Absolute garbage app
Does not remember you or your password and you’ll have to input it every time either by scrolling through your saved passwords or by typing it out. It will log you out every randomly even with the app open and running. You are unable to access any of the apps menu while clocked in. When opening the app it will pause your music and even end your GPS directions. It will not connect to the server unless you have two bars of 5G or more and even then it’s questionable as it doesn’t load properly. It will say you started a transportation but upon reopening the app it never actually registered the start of the transportation also adding a add notes page does not make it a CLS form. Also clocking out just to clock back in under respite is redundant either let us change it upon clock out or let our supervisor adjust it as the app doesn’t work as it should and you’re sitting there for 10mins trying to clock back in

I have a lot of trouble with this app!!From system Not validating punches to app Not working on Loading (buffering).Constant pain dealing with this setup. I will say that I seem to get more help from Acumen than anyone I’ve talked to from DCI!🤷♂️.Hope this gets Better.
Improvements
Worse site I have ever been on! The developers apparently have never worked anywhere else to see how other sites work. Such easy fixes could turn this site around. I was the liaison between the staff and the developer. Send out questionnaires asking what they would like to see to make more user friendly.

This app is garbage
I’ve used 1000’s of apps and helped develop dozens…. My 7 year old could have developed an actual working example with better features and a design that an elderly person could use… I am so disappointed An upset, not to mention the women used to explain in your tutorial video said “IT’S SO EASY”, about 60 times.. you guys need to redo the whole app because this isn’t acceptable.

Slow and glitchy
Please fix this app. Families and their employees rely on this app and it takes up to 7 minutes sometimes to get logged in. This is unacceptable. My staff has a hard time getting clocked out because it takes so long to load. Staff has to use the picture verification to clock out but it takes so long it delays the school bus from getting my child to school on time and/or we get unverified pictures because the app will NOT load in a timely fashion. This is people’s lives and paychecks, do better and fix the problems people are making you aware of.

Having problems almost daily
I’ve had problems with this app and logging in, it works to login it just takes a ridiculous amount of time and when dealing with clients you don’t always have that extra time. This app needs to be worked on or something. It’s not my phone, it’s not the app being not updated, it’s not due to WiFi problems. It’s the app. Please get this fixed as it’s causing stress to my employer.

I’m over this horrible app
Anytime enter in information for my client on a Friday it gets denied or rejected. This isn’t denied by my employer it’s denied due to not understanding what time calculation they are using. Are you using military or standard? If employee works for an hour and a half one day and is allowed three hours for a client, then they should be able to work an hour and a half the next day without any issues. But of course this is not how it works on your app. no one returned my phone calls, no replies or responds to the emails I send, and when I call the helpline, they try to send me the same material I’ve already read that doesn’t even answer any of my questions, in an email. 🤨It is an infinity loop nightmare.
