Not user friendly for employers or employees

There are webinars and instructions you can’t access while logged in. You should be able to access instructions and information while logged in. Also, the webinars don’t explain everything. It takes too long to log in. Should have a saved password option for the employee on a verified device. I would rather hand write and fax again.

Meh

It works for looking at your hours and for training and approving changes in log in’s from managers but my version doesn’t have a “clock in” button like shown in the picture so that’s unfortunate.

DCI APP

This app is not very user friendly.I have used this app for almost a year and continue to have issues with the time clock function.

Love it

This app was an adjustment to learn in the beginning but much easier than using paper once I got the hang of it. The support website was really helpful and lists a lot of help for doing different things in the app.

TERRIBLE APP!!!!

I have many issues with this app! Latest one is it says “logging in” and goes no further!! I have deleted app, and tried to reinstall and now won’t let me upload the app!

DCI App is GARBAGE

The desktop version is no better. When I try to log in using the provided instructions (which were not received until after Jan. 1) I get a message saying app usage blocked. When attempting to enter hours on the desktop version, my punches show as "Unvalidated" and my employer can't approve them, nor can either one of us edit them. The platform works nothing like the training videos, I wouldn't waste your time watching them. Thanks Acumen and DCI for taking a terrible system and making it worse... Can we just just go back to the fax days? Or snail mail? Or carrier pigeon? I think pigeons would probably be more efficient and less of a headache.

Update: After about 90min the "Unvalidated" punches finally turned to "pending" and were able to be verified and approved, but not until after my employer and I were up until 1am trying to figure out what's what.

Hello, we are sorry that your agency did not seem to send you timely instructions. The reason you can only use 1 environment & not the other is to prevent fraud that the government is requiring all agencies to use EVV by 1/1/19 called the 21st Century Cures Act. If you choose which environment you can work best from then do that and have your agencys call center unblock you from the other. Then, either environment will work.

Why is access to camera required???

The short answer is “various picture & video functions”. Please explain.

So happy this is finally a reality! To the people having trouble, I promise you're going to love it once you figure it out!

I would also give zero stars if it were possible. Downloaded the app to log employees hours, only to receive an error message that says “system does not exist“. Also tried to log hours on the website, apparently that doesn’t work anymore! So what is an employer supposed to do?

Awful

If I can give no stars I would give none! None of the passwords provided work to confirm punches. No inservice was provided. Clearly this program should have been tested with a small group before launching on the first. Customer service is also no help.
