Im Stuck :(
I can’t figure out what the Eg: number is? The tutorial has showed me how to do everything else, but this. I’m so confused! I put in my employee ID # thinking that would work, but it didn’t work at all. I don’t know what it’s asking and I’m stuck and can’t get into my account to put in my hours. I’ve just been doing it through my laptop, but would really like to access this through my phone on this app since that’s what they want me to use.Show lessCaitlynOwl17
Worst app ever!! Total garbage!!
This app is terrible! Beyond difficult to navigate! Calling acumen doesn’t even get you much help and once you use the app you can’t use the web site!! Just save yourself the headache and NEVER use this app! It’s garbage!! Wish I could give it zero stars!!Jizoint
Update? Confirm update? No update there
I’m stuck in a never ending loop of update available confirm, I open up the App Store. There is no update. Go to the app need to update.

It’s an ok app. I wish it had facial recognition. After taking the picture, it takes too long for the app to register the picture. It could be better.Missy duck
Error won’t let me log in
I updated and even tried re-downloading the app but it’s still not letting me log into the system.... I tried “forgot password” method and that also doesn't work.kt1n3

I’ve tried downloading this app 10 times today and it won’t even download. Me thinking it’s my phone I tried downloading other apps and they’re downloading.xxknh

Not user friendly for employers or employees
There are webinars and instructions you can’t access while logged in. You should be able to access instructions and information while logged in. Also, the webinars don’t explain everything. It takes too long to log in. Should have a saved password option for the employee on a verified device. I would rather hand write and fax again.Show lessJujuberries85

It works for looking at your hours and for training and approving changes in log in’s from managers but my version doesn’t have a “clock in” button like shown in the picture so that’s unfortunate.Ampxrainbow
