I’d give it no stars if I could.
This app is a complete mess. Today I traveled 100 miles and it only tracked a little over three miles of it while it even said I was in client transport with the little gps arrow at the top of my phone. And now it won’t let me log in online to try and fix this issue with my supervisor.

I have read through most of the reviews and a lot of what people are complaining about, has nothing to do with the app and everything to do with their employers set up of the system. My employer took time to train all of us from the help center on the dci desk top version. This was very very helpful to see just how to use it properly. Most error messages are there because the employers need to set up the clients for me or update their plan dates for me. I would recommend calling your managers for help before thinking it’s just the app. I hope this helps all of you!

Im Stuck :(
I can’t figure out what the Eg: number is? The tutorial has showed me how to do everything else, but this. I’m so confused! I put in my employee ID # thinking that would work, but it didn’t work at all. I don’t know what it’s asking and I’m stuck and can’t get into my account to put in my hours. I’ve just been doing it through my laptop, but would really like to access this through my phone on this app since that’s what they want me to use.

Worst app ever!! Total garbage!!
This app is terrible! Beyond difficult to navigate! Calling acumen doesn’t even get you much help and once you use the app you can’t use the web site!! Just save yourself the headache and NEVER use this app! It’s garbage!! Wish I could give it zero stars!!
Update? Confirm update? No update there
I’m stuck in a never ending loop of update available confirm, I open up the App Store. There is no update. Go to the app need to update.

Slow
It’s an ok app. I wish it had facial recognition. After taking the picture, it takes too long for the app to register the picture. It could be better.
Error won’t let me log in
I updated and even tried re-downloading the app but it’s still not letting me log into the system.... I tried “forgot password” method and that also doesn't work.

I’ve tried downloading this app 10 times today and it won’t even download. Me thinking it’s my phone I tried downloading other apps and they’re downloading.
