  • EG number

    When it ask me for my EG Number...I just restart my iPhone and then I’m able to log into the app.
  • App needs attention

    I am set up to use the app for work. I have had two successful either punch in or punch out. I’m locked out of the system more often than not because the verification pin “verification has failed”. More often than not, I have to manually put my scheduled hours in on my laptop or website via my phone.

  • Minutes should not need calculation

    Show actual minutes and not .5 for 3 minutes or .7 for 5 minutes
    The app should make logging out at an even 40 hours for the week a very simple process
  • It keeps saying to update the app, doesn’t let me login

    It keeps saying the app needs updated right after I put in the Eg number. The app is already updated and so is my phone. I can’t figure out what’s going on.
  • This app is a joke

    This app is awful. I’ve been using it for 2 years now and there are problems galore. I still have never been able to use the mileage function at the same time as being clocked in. When I have trainings, it doesn’t update correctly and locks me out.
  • Stuck

    I cannot access both laptop and phone.. I enrolled and registered an account but wont let me log in even though I created and account. This app as well i have no idea what the system identifier is..

    Seriously, this is a joke. Please fix this problem so we won’t have to be having trouble doing our work from home or go to clients.
  • App won’t work

    The app keeps saying it is out of date and to click and confirm but it is not working and does not say where to update it ! If you know how to fix it please let me know.
  • I’d give it no stars if I could.

    This app is a complete mess. Today I traveled 100 miles and it only tracked a little over three miles of it while it even said I was in client transport with the little gps arrow at the top of my phone. And now it won’t let me log in online to try and fix this issue with my supervisor.
  • Overall system

    I have read through most of the reviews and a lot of what people are complaining about, has nothing to do with the app and everything to do with their employers set up of the system. My employer took time to train all of us from the help center on the dci desk top version. This was very very helpful to see just how to use it properly. Most error messages are there because the employers need to set up the clients for me or update their plan dates for me. I would recommend calling your managers for help before thinking it’s just the app. I hope this helps all of you!
