Too many clicks.
This app is way more complicated than it needs to be. No need to reconfirm everything, that’s why you are here: to log in and log out time. Once logged in it should remember that the user needs to log out time, no need to log in again. It took me 12 clicks to log out today.
I hate that I have to use this app
This app has a terrible layout, never remembers my long password, and pauses my music when I use it which angers me the most.
Bug
My three coworkers and I have the same problem when editing entries. After saving an entry, it will not return to the main entry page. It stays loading, and I have to exit the app and login in again. It doubles the time it should take to add notes, validate entries…
Pls continue improvements
Thank you for making font bigger. Very helpful on eyes. Thank you for saving login too. Please consider having an option to look entries/hours worked while clocked in. I have to log out of a current shift to see how much I have done for a client or for the week. Also…would be GREAT if we could edit the punch notes on our phone app before they are approved. Sometimes I see typos or remember something I’d like to add.

Horrible unreliable app
Freezes, impossible to complete sign out sometimes. I just use my desktop to do portal entries all the time.
Never works
We’ve been using this for over a year. Rarely works the first time. Not user-friendly: do these guys realize who the audience is? Parents and caregivers who are already at their wits’ end and don’t need technology issues too.
Demands my location! I DON’T USE LOCATION FOR MY JOB!!!!
I understand the EVV law. Both my employer and I were deeply concerned about location tracking or photos so we use a PIN to log in. So location tracking has ABSOLUTELY NO bearing on my clocking in. There is no legal reason you need that. It is not required given how I clock in. Yet the app ceases to work if I turn off permissions. And then just to intrude on my privacy further in an even more unnecessary way, the location tracking doesn’t turn off when I clock out. It gets stuck, and stays stuck until I force close the entire app. Guys, I get the EVV requirements, but why are you forcing it when I don’t use location?

It doesn’t work at all
The update the app two days ago, I can not use it since. It freezes and won’t let me do nothing. I have to use this app because of my job, but sincerely this app always has a problem. I hope they get rid of it.
Rude tech support
Tech support was rude, the woman kept interrupting me and actually blamed me for the app not working , telling me maybe I was too tired to log in properly. I still haven’t been able to get it to work, very cumbersome and overly complicated. Not surprised by the poor rating.
App won’t update
I keep trying to clock in and it says app is out of date and update the app but it won’t let me update the app. Someone needs to look into this and fix it.
