Can’t log out

For weeks now I’ve had trouble clocking out. This is extremely frustrating. Please fix this problem ASAP

Fix the bugs!

This application will NOT hold user name for anything it’s a hassle to have to enter it every time I log in and out for work! Please fix this so it can be convenient like it is suppose to be because currently it is not!

Forced garbage

The government is literally threatening to take funding away from my family member with a disability because I can’t figure out their stupid app?! Unclear instructions, backed by unnecessary threats.

Impressive App

Very impressive app so far! My manager held a quick training for staff where she provided the system identifier and login information needed. I was able to login with no problems!

Poorly designed system-

If I could give this system no stars I would. The system has so many issues , it frequently comes up unavailable at this time , crashes , and often glitches .

Cumbersome

The “remember me” feature does not work. Each time I log in I have to add my user name and password. Logging in and out require time consuming steps and are riddled with redundancy.
Blinding flash photo verification of a sleeping client is not a good plan.
Notes added cannot be edited later if a typo is discovered.
Determining if a punch has a note attached requires too many steps and the app lags terribly.

Awful

This app is awful…trying to navigate around this and even trying to make sense of it is horrible. You would think that this app that is used by people with disabilities would be a walk in the park! Unfortunately not

Garbage, time consuming, waste of time.

This app just did an update and it still is garbage. Will not accept pin/passwords. Only picture ID of client. Cant figure out where to upload a client/employer/participant photo.
Spent hours rewatching videos, reading Q&A’s and still no answers to my questions.
Called tech support 5 times only to stay on hold and then get asked to be called back. Get a call back and I am supposed to get an email with instructions for setting up photo ID, no email!! Go figure!! I’d give zero stars if I could.

This app is garbage

Every other month it says “this app is unavailable” when I try to log out and today it simply locked me out for “ security purposes” and told me to “contract my supervisor”. Systems are only as smart as the people that program them and the programmers behind this app are obviously not the sharpest knives in the drawer.

Remarkably Slow

I can’t understand why such a simple app should need to run so aggravatingly slow. I hope you don’t need to use this app on a frustrating day, because you’ll be 100% tempted to throw your phone across the room.
