Garbage app
All the dots are well in view. Please have all dots in the screen. Trash app not even worth being free. I should be paid for that waste of time.
Absolutely worked
I tried it on my glasses first because I already knew my prescription but I need it for my husband , it was correct !!! And when I scanned my husband it worked as well so now I don’t have to search my junk drawer for his prescription thanks so much
If you follow the step by step it works

Useless - bait and switch
I downloaded the app, synced it to the website. Then proceeded to spend ten minutes working through the prescription ID. Success! Claimed the app! Wonderful, but wait, if you want the information, now only do you need to create an account.
Okay, fine, so I do that, and then - nothing. Nada. The ten minutes I spent on the app doesn’t transfer to the account.
So basically, it is just a system for harvesting email addresses for marketing.

It just doesn't work. Period.
I wanted this to work. I really really did. But it just doesn't.
As with many other reviews, it's a good idea in theory with unsuccessful execution. Brand new iPhone 13. Perfectly 4k clear monitor with matte finish. Well lit area but no direct light on the glasses or screen with perfect sharp view of the dots through the lenses. And it still acts as if the phones not pointed at the screen. If it registers that the dots are there at all, it repeatedly asks you hold your glasses in front of them, then tells you it's blurry when it's literally as sharp as it can be.
Because it's asking you hold the phone and your glasses at arms length, you will hold your arms out starlight forward for nearly 20 minutes only for it to eventually say "try again" for the 50th time.
It is genuinely physically exhausting to use this app.
You'd need at least 1 tripod to do this with any sort of ease, and ideally 2 as even when both the phone and glasses are rock solid, it just doesn't know what it's looking at.

Preparation important!
Make sure you take some time to make a few logistical arrangements before starting the process. If I had I would have saved myself a bit of frustration and time! App was flawless me not so much!
I don’t think it’s user friendly
So I spent probably 10 minutes following the instructions moving my phone and glasses back and forth. But every time I moved my glasses straight forward it would say my phone was too far and would start over. Then when I did that right and it told me to move my glasses back it would say my phone was too close. I really wanted it to work. It’s definitely not perfect and kind of exhausting.

Painful process, accurate results
decided to try this out when i realized i was too broke to go out and get a glasses prescription. the process was pretty difficult. i wanted to throw my phone across the room. a helpful tip: keep your phone in the exact position the entire time, even when watching the tutorial videos. it also helps to have someone either hold the phone or the glasses for you, it gets tiring after 20 minutes. ended up getting a near perfect prescription. definitely worth saving 100$. would absolutely recommend.

App and set up is trash
First off the process this app goes through to get you anywhere is terrible automatically setting the volume on your phone to 3/4 max is way to loud for you literally holding your phone. Second, you can not skip past the absolutely long winded instructions even when you have gone through them before. Third, the you have to go through several steps to get everything synced up, which is understandable, the app then has the worst response to everything it asks you to do. It literally repeated over and over and over “make sure the dots are visible on your mobile screen” meanwhile I sat there with the dots clearly visible in the cropped in area of the screen. When I managed to actually arrive at the screen to read my prescription it would again repeat the same phrase over and over and over and never went past this point. I made it to the prescription scan screen 5-6 times with the same result “make sure the dots are visible on your mobile screen”

Stuck at the part after the Pupils check after 5 tries
It doesnt change the computer screen after the Pupils check which is in my opinion non important since I know what it is and it doesn’t really change. I contacted them 3 times with the code and never answered me back.
Oops! That was unexpected
I got this error seven times in a row, never once getting past the first scan tilting my glasses. I never got an error message that told me if/how I was scanning incorrectly, only that I needed to try again. I tried closing and refreshing the mobile app and the associated computer website. I tried different lighting. I tried starting the process with scanning the card in full screen and in the default screen my computer usually uses. The app never told me my camera was blurry or gave me any suggestions to make the scan work. I was really hoping this app would work since I am unable to drive myself to the eye doctor for a new check up (health issues) and my current glasses are unwearable (right arm snapped off and screw is missing). I am disappointed:(
