NEW: pipoPro Version 2 for iOS In version two we have doubled the functionality of the app. --- NEW FUNCTIONS --- Activity recording Simply record and evaluate project time. Live recording with start/stop function; also available offline. Expenses Recording of expenses and project expenses incl. receipt. Absences For absences it is now possible to enter an image and comment. --- IMPROVEMENTS --- In the MessageCenter executive menu, expenses can be approved/rejected. The Clock-in/Clock-out function can be deactivated. With this blocking, the employee cannot record any working time via the app. --- NOTE --- Minimum system requirements to use the new functions TimeTool Release 8.0.0 and the corresponding licensing of the app in the TimeTool software.

As soon as an employee in the TimeTool software has no authorization to add bookings or is not allowed to enter absences, this is now also taken into account in the pipoPro app. We think it makes sense and hope you do too. You can now also enter your travel time in the pipoPro app. You can either run it live with the play button or enter your travel time afterwards. To enter travel times in your TimeTool, please contact support@timetool.ch. We will be happy to make the necessary configurations and equip you with the latest TimeTool release.

- It’s now even easier to get started with pipoPro: We greatly improved our login process to make it more user friendly. - In addition to the current one, you can now review your monthly reports of the last 12 months. - Using the “Share” feature, you can now save your monthly report as a PDF, send it via e-mail or print it out directly. - Missed out to close last month’s period? This is now shown as an error in your Message Center. - Good new for supervisors: You don’t see yourself in the “Chefmenu”. It was pointless, right? - We don’t want to get lost in the details. pipoPro – Working Time Recording Plus pipoPro App simplifies working time recording massively: track your working times, enter absences, download reports – everything with one single App on your device. pipoPro functionalities cover all needs of People Manager as well as Employees and supports modern working time models in the best way possible. pipoPro makes working time recording efficient. From wherever you are. And anytime. You don’t know pipoPro yet? Let us point out the most important functionalities: FUNCTIONALITITES FOR EMPLOYEES • Working Time Registration: Clock-in and clock-out easily with your device. Screen shows current balances at the same time • Enter missing clockings • Correct existing clockings • Enter absences; adjust or delete them • Enter series of absences; adjust or delete them • Enter absences “with a reason” to meet target working time (e.g. doctors visit) • Be informed by the messageCenter (e.g. if you forgot to clock-out yesterday) • Calendar view: overview of all approved, pending and rejected absences requests • Reports: get an overview of all working times, time types and balances • View / print out monthly overview • Close previous month (Employee Level) • Unlock pipoPro via Touch ID or Face ID • Widget FUNCTIONALITES FOR PEOPLE MANAGERS • Overview of all direct reports at a glance • Enter missing clockings for direct reports • Correct / delete existing clockings of direct reports • Approve / Reject absence requests (with an individual message as an option) • Approve or reject working times that need to be approved by you as a People Manager • Be informed by the messageCenter: detailed information regarding each direct report and her/his working times e.g. missing clockings, working hours at night / on Sunday, overtime • Calendar view shows all direct reports with all absences in the current status (approved / pending / rejected) • Reports: run reports covering all your direct reports, listing all time types and balances • View / print out monthly overview of a specific direct report • Close previous month for your direct reports (People Manager level) • Flexible and quick switch between People Manager and Employee view • Unlock pipoPro via Touch ID or Face ID Note: To use the pipoPro app, you need the TimeTool time recording software/module "time" incl. corresponding licensing as Cloud, SaaS or onPremise solution.
