Reviews of Address Stress

  • Poorly designed. Nice music

I was hoping to like this app but it’s not very good. With the music you can’t really tell when you’re supposed to inhale and exhale. There are numerous screens that are difficult to read. There’s a dark background and a slightly lighter very small font which is difficult to read.

This could be much better if the developers put a lot of thought into the user interface.

  • Excellent!

This is a great method to consciously take control of your breathing rhythms, and begin to take control of your entire autonomic nervous system as an extension. Everyone should have this app!
