Awesome app
I really enjoyed the ease of switching to DENT’s esim while traveling to different countries. This has made traveling much easier. There is a slight delay when crossing borders but if the country is covered it will engage eventually.
I dropped a star because there are some weird glitches, like it will stop working out of the blue. My husband and I both experienced it on our iPhones. However, simply turning the phones off & back on solved this.
All in all, I do recommend this. Just ensure the countries you visit are covered. I hope they will add more countries in the future, like Vietnam and Japan ; )Show lessAsianAmazin
Could easily be so good
It’s ruined by them naming every roaming network ‘Dent’! So when you arrive at your destination and try to find a network, you have hours of fun trying to find one that works.

Incredibly frustrating and intermittent
It feels like this app works about 1/3 of the time. US? Maddening activation issues. Canada? Great! Mexico? Same as the US! That data you paid for? You can’t use it! And the customer service is just by email, so you can’t possibly have time to troubleshoot when you’re on a 3-day trip.
I really wish this app would work. It’s a cool concept and I hope they get the kinks ironed out. But if they don’t respond to my email within a few days I’m filing a chargeback for services not rendered.Show lesskernelwilliams

Just got Dent before a trip - had trouble getting it to work at home, took half a day messing with settings to get it to work on arrival at first destination and then it stopped - went through all the instructions to fix many times - still no service.barry909

Spent $40 USD on a data package that wouldn’t activate when traveling abroad. Customer service was too slow (needed data quickly for directions) and not helpful at all. Downloaded Airalo and it worked immediately. Now I’m stuck with “dent credits” that I had to resell (at a lower price than purchased) and cannot get the money back.Show lessiPod Touch Issues

They claim to offer free data but they removed all free data I had which still wasn’t expiring for another year.caf1203
Removed bonus data that had time left
They wound up removing saved up bonus data that had time left on it by making it expire within a week instead of its regular expiration date. Very deceptive. Do not trust these jokers with your data and do not invest in Dent tokens either.Insured5333
Bait & Switch
Collected ad revenue from users for months or years, then expired what they promised for it. Should be kicked off the app store, and probably belong in JAIL in some countries. Reported to Apple as a scam. You should do it too!JemAFinch

The Bonus data expiry date is changed without notice
I noted all my bonus data was changed from the expiry date which was more than 300 days to 6 days without any notice. This is totally unacceptable. I will not recommend anyone to use DENT as whatever in your account, they can change anything without informing you. Luckily, they are only bonus data. But I doubt the honesty of this company. Any paid data may be affected. Such company is running without any disclosure or transparency.Show less9875671234
