DENT removing earned data
As of November 28, 2022, DENT set all data that its users earned in the past year to expire in one week. We earned this data by watching ads. DENT should have honoured the expiry dates on the data we had already earned, and instead should have limited all new data earnings to a week. DENT has not honoured their previous agreement with their users, and has handled this situation very poorly, greatly diminishing my trust in and opinion of the service.Show lessAutomedon
Garbage company
Decided to suddenly expire everyone’s EARNED bonus data. We watched the ads and they got the revenue and now it’s time for them to go 180. Don’t support this company and their shady practices.Deep_R
Good when it works which is rare
Like the title says it’s ok, traveling through the UK it would drop out and give me the loading wheel in the biggest of cities and yet on a walk in the woods I’d receive a bunch of text/emails that I’d missed.

I got lots of help from Dent support, and am now able to make this work in Australia. I have an iPhone SE (2022).
The key seemed to be having the correct Dmi chosen which in my case seems to need to start with:

Disappointed customer
I bought DENT to use in Spain France and UK and so dar the only place where i sometimes git reception and was able to use DENT was fir a shirt time in Spain.
I have tried and trued but only works on wifi which has been so disappointing.
I am going to Rome tomorrow and will need to go back to my Original app which will be a lot mire expensive but will need my phone.
I am very disappointed and could not seem to contact the company.
I am not very good with technology so my daughter did it all for me, but even she could not make it work. She bought DENT when she went to USA kast year and had the same trouble as me (not working all the time) but it worked on her
husbands phone beautifully.
I have an iphone 11.

Good mostly
It's working as expected and it's nice to use it as backup data at home or just as regular data when traveling. Very convenient and, for the most part, it's quite reliable. I got my mom and my friend to start using Dent esim and they like it too.SneibMyuu

I decided to give this a go before going travel and test it while I’m still in Australia. Despite the service saying Australia is supported, could not get data to work and support just keep telling me its using the wrong “dmi”. I followed their steps and kept repeating like a broken record…. always ends up with no service with their recommended settings and after fiddling around still does not work. Avoid.
It doesn’t work in Australia. I had to argue with a condescending support representative for two days before I received a refund. I now use Viber for calls and Airalo for data. They’re much more reliable, easy to set up and work globally.bieberisgayest
Dent Data not working
Not worth the money. Does not work on iPhone 12. Please save your money and get something else. SO FRUSTRATED having to manually choose networks and turn my phone on and off each time and wait. Also only available network is 3G even in major cities.

Doesn’t work in Mexico
The documentation lists Mexico as one of the countries it supports but it
a) fails to mention that it’s only in 3G even though Mexico’s had LTE for a decade
b) it still doesn’t work. It appears to have signal and connect but then a message pops up and says it failed to connect.
Unfortunately I relied on it working after testing it in America and then came to Mexico assuming it’d just work. It didn’t. I just spent my money for nothingShow lessJufumufu
