Crashes Galore
App crashes all the time now. Want FaceID? Crashes. Want to look at anything in the app if it does load? Crashes. App was never very good, but now it crashes all the time that it’s not even usable.
Poor App
For such a large company that makes a lot of money, you would think they would invest in a more user friendly app. Something as simple as being able to create a login isn’t available. You are assigned a random combination of letters and numbers

This app works really well for me as a blind user, navigation and data entry using the IOS screen reader is easy and intuitive, I am sure the same can be said for sighted users.

Useless
Completely useless app. The login is broken and screws up my whole account every time I try to login.
