Terrible, cumbersome
This app is so complicated to set up and not intuitive at all. One you jump through all the hoops, spend hours in the phone with a rep, I guess it’s somewhat decent in functionality, but overall very primitive. You must improve the user set up experience. Why would anyone immediately go to “forgot password?!” How about “create new account?” Further why would the ID be different from the member ID?! And different log ins from desktop. Absolutely awful. I’ve never been more frustrated with an app!!!!Show lessJentaptap
Disappointed
I downloaded the app after filling out my info on the website. It told me that it was invalid and to contact them via email or phone. I emailed them from the email that was provided and as I sent it. I received a notification that it was an invalid email address.RyGuy0602
