Doesn’t work
I have been through the process about five times. First of all, you cannot use your login that you established through the website. Second, the tech support isn’t helpful and they are completely unaware of this. I have given up and installed a web app shortcut on my phone and this is how I will access UMR to upload my flex spending receipts.

UGH!!!
I have never claimed to be the “sharpest crayon in the box”, but this is the most “non user friendly” app out there!! Nothing about it makes sense!! Not even worthy of the one star that I rated it!!
Can’t log in
I’m a 20 year IT professional and I couldn’t figure out how to log in. With what I pay for health insurance an app like this is unacceptable.
Terrible, cumbersome
This app is so complicated to set up and not intuitive at all. One you jump through all the hoops, spend hours in the phone with a rep, I guess it’s somewhat decent in functionality, but overall very primitive. You must improve the user set up experience. Why would anyone immediately go to “forgot password?!” How about “create new account?” Further why would the ID be different from the member ID?! And different log ins from desktop. Absolutely awful. I’ve never been more frustrated with an app!!!!

Disappointed
I downloaded the app after filling out my info on the website. It told me that it was invalid and to contact them via email or phone. I emailed them from the email that was provided and as I sent it. I received a notification that it was an invalid email address.
Doesn't work
Blue screen forever upon opening it on iPhone 8plus.
Utter garbage
Spent 20 minutes following their instructions to create a username and password and then when I know I did it right, the system won’t let me log in.
