  • Time vampire garbage

    Onboarding process is horrific. should be a UX case study in what not to do. Expect to spend several hours not getting this app to work. Set aside plenty of time to register your user account.
  • User ID should not be assigned

    This app was made with no consideration to the consumer. The ID is 14 digits that is assigned and you have to enter it when signing on. I’ve enabled Touch ID and that works 20% of the time on just this app. Considering the website seems to be under maintenance every time I try to use it would have been nice to have an app that is user friendly.

    Dead on arrival. It couldn’t even connect after several retries. What a waste of time.

  • I agree with everyone else

    One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I set up an account, then immediately cannot log in. I wait on hold for someone in IT to assist with logging in. We change the password and the secret questions and I’m able to log in. Once. As soon as I try to log in again, I have to go through the same process. How is this even allowed on the App Store?

  • Terrible app

    Not sure how to even set it up. Doesn’t recognize my current password nor my information to reset my password or create an account. I shouldn’t have to call customer service to set up an app. It should recognize my information from my desktop account.
  • Will not accept password

    No matter what you do, it won’t take my password. Waste of time.
  • Utterly impossible

    All the reviews make this app easier to set up than it actually is. That is to say get ready to call tech support and endure a lot of frustration. Like everything else with UMR so far it seems it’s designed to get you to give up in frustration and let them keep ALL of your FSA money. If it weren’t bad enough you have to pay all of your FSA claims out of pocket and the wait for reimbursement this makes you want to give up before being reimbursed.

    Terrible app. Can’t log in using already established credentials from main website.
  • Horrible.

    If managing your family’s healthcare coverage isn’t soul-crushing enough for you already, then try doing it on this app. It’s frustratingly worthless. You’ll definitely have some reimbursements to submit for psychiatric care you’ll need after this experience. Don’t worry though, you won’t even be able to login to the app to submit them.

    What a waste. Do better UMR.
