Remote feature DOES NOT WORK
As the title says, this app is uselesssss! The remote feature does not work at all... Keep bringing your fob 🙄
A year and a half and I can’t open my door
This is a terrible company offering a terrible product. I haven’t been able to open my door for a year and a half using their app. They sent a technician out to check after a month of back and forth and he eventually came spent an hour couldn’t fix the problem and then told me that he would check something on the back end and see if that would resolve it and get back to me. That was 2 months ago and I have had to be chasing this company down to try and get someone to solve my problem. I am still unable to open my door and the customer service here is atrocious. A good company offering a good product isn’t rated 2.1 stars…just saying…

Horrendously bad
Routinely doesn’t work. Every 4-5 days, there are several hours where it simply won’t work, and I am left stuck on a busy road, trying to get through the gate, hoping someone comes out so I can get in through the gate. Nice idea, supremely disappointing functionality.

Horrible Product and App
The only thing worse than this app is the product. I’m not sure how much Kastle had to pay to get their products in the field, but they ruined the building doors with incompetent installers, the entry system constantly freezes/crashes, and the app was updated recently but doesn’t support any modern mobile phone resolution and seems like a last ditch lazy effort. Please get adequate installation technicians and developers.

Well….
I was all excited to use this app at my community because its a pain having to pull out my key fob all the time to lock and unlock to door. And well the concept of this app was good but how do you create an app with an unlock feature but no lock feature. Mind boggling to me. And then I go to unlock the door to test it out and I am standing right in front of it and it wouldn’t work (lol)
Guess I better make sure I always have my key fob oh wait I will because you can’t use the app to lock the door. Oh and the remote feature doesn’t work. I have no doors associated with my account to look up. Excited down to a 3.

CANNOT REGISTER
I have been living at my apartment building for two years and according to my property manager, my email and phone number are in the system but somehow I cannot register myself on the app. 0 STARS. Lastly Resident has been UNHELPFUL in solving this for me.

It generally does what it says it’s supposed to. Can access my apartment’s front entrance, gym, and my apartment itself using the app.
Occasionally have had some issues with the videocom, but that seems to have gotten better.
