I am a happy Kastle Resident user and opening locks to my apartment with just a tap helps me a lot. Remote Unlock on the other hand allows me to open locks remotely when needed. Thankyou Kastlenick001pet
Poor system
For all the money they spend adding these systems you would think the app works. It doesn’t. I can never get it to unlock a door. It always say it’s out of range. This needs to be fixed ASAPMcmilitary
The App is Trash and Unreliable
The app is built with multiple functions; however only one feature works. I've had the so for over a year, and I've NEVER been able to add visitors or friends and family. If more than one individual downloads the app and input information for one unit, the app automatically kick the individual out of the app.Show lessThe Puissant Goal Chaser
