So much potential

This app could be amazing if it worked. I have followed instructions from the development team several times for the app to work as intended. It was a fail each time and I am now unable to use remote lock for anything, which is a huge inconvenience.

Works 70% of the time

I have to use it for the hotel I’m in. It’s flaky. Half the time it won’t work with the front door or the elevator. I’ve gotten stranded. Get a Fob from your hotel. Don’t rely on this. I’m on a current iPhone. Same thing with my friend’s android

No visitor option

It claims there’s a visitor option but does not provide any way to access it.

Still a Joke

How can this company let this go on for this long. The failure rate of this app is unbelievable. It’ll never work the first time you open the app, and heaven forbid you leave the app open and try to use it again without shutting it down and reopening first. I still have to “permanently dismiss” reminders every time the app is opened. This company should be embarrassed, it’s not like this is cutting edge technology that’s difficult to master. I guess they just don’t care, once they sell this junk to businesses, who cares if it’s usable.

Unable to open Door

After the update I have been unable to open my unit door. I have tried to reach out to support through the app several times and nothing. I uninstalled and installed several times and it still doesn’t work. They probably should have left it now it was if the access is limited.
