  • Update Needed for Update

    After new update I’ve been unable to open my unit door. It finds my door but my door does not unlock from the message sent from the reader. I have sent a message to the help team but have not yet received a response. The hands free option also does not seem to work very well as I still have to go in the app to unlock doors even with the app running in the background.

  • No Apple Watch support

    Please add support for Apple Watch. The whole point of having remote access to doors is if you go to pool or gym, you don't usually take your phone.

  • Apple Wallet???

    Sometime, the app will not detect the door or detect wrong door that I'm trying to enter. I struggled to access the door at the gargae trying to get home. but I was stuck becasue the app couldn't detect the door or detected the wrong door. I had no service to ask for help.

    Also, when this will allow me to unlock the door using Apple Wallet. I need a Apple Wallet so i can open the door without requiring the app to detect the door first to open. Also, Everytime I placed my phone that card/mob/bluetooth reader, my phone will prompt to Apple Wallet thinking I'm about to pay for something and cancelled the kastle app detecting the door.

    Kastle announced they will be working with Apple to add Apple Wallet on June 8th, 2021 on twitter. Are we there yet?

  • Remote access does not work

    I haven’t been unable to use my remote access to let up my guest. I’ve had this issue for two months now and no one got back to me.

  • Permanently Dismiss

    One of these iOS that should be forbidden because of poor App & Coding design. Why is there a „Permanently Dismiss Reminder“ which never works!
  • Really bad

    So the bad designed App ask for how you wanna remind about the Location permission settings and there is a option to „Permanently Dismiss Reminders“ which never works.

    So what is this? A data location gathering app?
  • So much potential

    This app could be amazing if it worked. I have followed instructions from the development team several times for the app to work as intended. It was a fail each time and I am now unable to use remote lock for anything, which is a huge inconvenience.

  • Works 70% of the time

    I have to use it for the hotel I’m in. It’s flaky. Half the time it won’t work with the front door or the elevator. I’ve gotten stranded. Get a Fob from your hotel. Don’t rely on this. I’m on a current iPhone. Same thing with my friend’s android
  • No visitor option

    It claims there’s a visitor option but does not provide any way to access it.
