Account balance graph

The account balance graph only displays the month we are in no history, very frustrating. Would be great to have that fixed.

The account balance graph defaults to the last year, and you can change the date range by tapping on the calendar icon on the right hand side. Terrible

Zero transactional functionality. Basically view only.
And even with that said, the view only experience is also terrible. Fonts too small, too much unused space.
Basically pointless.
To actually do anything you need to use a desktop on the web.
Netwealth you’re meant to be a leader. Do Better!

We've introduced Activities which allows clients to approve or reject requests made by their adviser and we are working towards adding more transactional functionality. Not worth the trouble

Apart from portfolio balance, there’s nothing else to see in here. Use the website instead because you’ll be disappointed if you are expecting a mobile experience like BT Panorama.

Not a fan

App keeps crashing or going to blank screen not impressed

Still can’t trade from the app!

You don’t need to establish a trading platform. Just the basic form submission from the app allowing users to buy/sell stocks, same as your website. How hard is it ?! Plus, why can’t we set up price when buy/sell international stock?!

Limited functionality

App has surprisingly little functionality - allows you to see your balance and not much else. Way behind the curve.

Very little functionality, other than showing you your balance statement. Seems a long way behind most other brokerage & investment apps

Bad app - won’t talk to the website

Doesn’t work

It was fine for a while but then stopped working all together, I can’t log in any more for no good reason

Can’t login on iPhone

Login for the app is very glitchy. Used to take me two or three goes to get in - now I can’t login anymore. It just goes make to the Home Screen after I enter my details and press login.
