Can’t login

It used to work. But haven’t been able to login for months now. Please fix it.

Beta test?

Has Netwealth hear about some quality control?

I have just tried to load this on my new IPad and I can’t even get through the initial login, because the login interface comes up at phone size, with no numbers or any of the non-letter keys showing. Have you guys heard about the IPad yet. Did you do some beta testing?
I use this app on my phone no problem, this IPad version is stillborn.
I am definitely not getting value from my subscription with this IPad version.
Please fix and implement some quality control this is not good enough!

iPad v iPhone

I have come across from the BT platform and to the net wealth developer all I can say that their online but in particular their phone app is without a lie fantastic.(a shame I cant say the same about the product) To have the ability on the app to buy and sell ,see transactions, having a document library etc is sensational at your fingertips and on the go. This is the gold standard aim because this app leaves me just saying “its just ok”.

Pretty basic even after redesign

Seems to have a login bug that makes you re-register faceID and PIN very few times you open the app. Also … no ipad app, no transactions, no payments. Doesn’t do much. You can change the colours though

Needs more work

Firstly as a new app (ver2), it’s not a bad start.
I agree with some of the others that having this app on iPad would be great.

I think that an important feature to be added soon should be to log into multiple accounts. Currently the only way I’ve found is to cancel Touch ID and logging into another account but this goes through the feature of setting up an account. Need feature to logout then login to another account.

Terrible update

The new version of the app is much less clear than the old version, unpredictable in its responses and way too dark.

Hello, Thank you for the feedback and we apologise that the update to our mobile app has not met your expectations.  Did you know you could change the colour theme?  When you login, select Menu and then Display. 

Not worth having

After upgrading to v2.0, have found that you MUST have Face ID or a pin to unlock the screen to use this app, for “security”. Let that be my choice, not yours.

So, I have deleted your app.

Also written for phone only, not for a tablet. Portrait only, no landscape.

You need to do much, much better.

Landscape Mode

Is it really that hard to make landscape mode available for iPad ?
Can’t enter a PIN number with keyboard attached?
