Does not allow a custom order
I’m allergic to mushrooms and I can’t even customize my order by ordering my food without mushrooms. I had to cancel my order and place it over the phone to tell them what to and what to not add to my meals.abiigaaillw
Needs more payment options
I get that this app is only for pick up and delivery orders and that’s fine. The problem is that they don’t allow me to use the gift card I have when I tried to pay. I ended up canceling my order when it said I had to pay with a credit card and had no other options.My Sweet Baboo💗
Useless
I was trying to find location in Waikiki. It was unable to locate any. The app just lets you place to go orders. Does not allow reservations. No access to Benihana rewards. But if they cannot find a restaurant, the app is useless.Nickname Holder
Only allows online ordering
Downloaded thinking it would give loyalty incentives or coupons through the app - no. Nor does it allow you to make reservations through the app. It only allows you to 'sign-in' and place a pickup order. This app does not compete compared to other restaurant apps and is very limited.Oh_elisabeth
