All troubleshooting attempts failed
The Canon Ivy Mini Photo Printer has been quite problematic to use. Apart from the app shutting down at random times, a major issue is that the printer keeps making sounds like it’s attempting to print, but it never print out the image. The only paper that comes out is the blue one, after which, the main image that I’m trying to print never comes out.
If the blue paper comes out, it means that the printer isn’t jammed, so how come the main ZINK paper isn’t coming out with my printed image?
I have tried all troubleshooting methods- recharge, restart, reset. Nothing works.
I’ve searched high and low for support resources and nothing specifically addresses this. It’s especially frustrating because I can tell that the printer is attempting to print (by the sound it makes) but still nothing comes out.

Print paper
I am on my second mini printer as I wore the first one out. I do struggle buying sticker paper as I have to buy it online as it is not in the shops here in Brisbane Australia.lleelou6
Photo album functionality sub par
I have an iPhone 11. There doesn’t seem to be a way to add/delete photos to the photo album after u add your first set of photos. Ok I figured out the perceived issue - had to allow full access to photos!Mapleleaf321

My opinion
It’s a very good app and printer they both work very well but the battery goes crazy a lot and my pictures recently have been blank or half blank 😢🦒✨🫶
A lot of fun
(10 year old reviewer). I like that you can use any camera and don’t need to carry it all around with you. I love the quality. I like it came with papers to start with. I like that it’s a sticker. I don’t like that it randomly shuts off.Curly Val
