Thank you so much for the five star review! We're so glad that you are enjoying ESHYFT!

They’re stealing money!!!!!

I’ve work for this company for about 4 months so far the first two was fine then on the third month I noticed I started to only receive portions of the money I have work for and was told that I’ll receive it on the next check but never did. Now I feel like everyone trying to take advantage of nurses, like we’re already not getting paid enough and we’re still not getting the little money we have worked for. This is just not right, I am currently considering a new profession honestly.

Hello! Stealing is a very serious claim and this review is very concerning to our team. Could you please email details to me at hello@eshyft.com? I would like to investigate your claim, gain clarity, and get answers for the both of us.

Clocking in and out

It seems I always have problems clocking out in regards to the app stating that I am not at the facility and if I go overtime it will not click me out unless I put the time that the shift is supposed to end. Very frustrating. I do call and get help. I just wish this would work correctly.

Response from developer

Hello! The app is working correctly for you. Within ESHYFT, we utilize geofencing for clocking in and clocking out. Please note the following: 1. If you’re outside of the facility, you’ll only be able to clock out at shift end time. 2. If you’re inside the facility, you’ll be able to clock out in present time. 3. If you're clocking out 30 minutes or more after shift end time, you’ll need to add a shift extension approval. Good app just needs some work to make perfect. App freezes not able to pick up shifts unless phone turned off and on to reset the app. I like the fact I’m able to communicate with the facilities scheduler via the app . I hate that I can’t select the facility I want and click on the availability shifts . Too much scrolling down wasting time and when finally get to the shift the app freezes and have to start all over again.

Hello! Thank you so much for your valuable feedback! I have relayed your thoughts to our Product and Developer teams, and they both agree that our next big feature launch is going to be the solution to a lot of your pain points.

Account login issues

I submitted all of my documents. I was sent an email stating that I was approved to start working Shifts and yet I cannot log into my account every time I try it says user not found I’ve tried to contact multiple people for the last three days with no response.

Response from developer

That doesn't sound right! I encourage you to either reset your password or to contact support@eshyft.com for further assistance.

It’s decent but needs work

I have been picking up shifts with them since the end of March because my sister said it was an okay app to work through. She was right they are literally just okay. With the bank account I use I’m able to get paid up to two days early. The facilities have up to Wednesday to approve your timecards so of course I don’t expect to get paid two days early from that, but I have been getting paid on Thursday’s. I have been having someone at the facility I normally pick up at approve my timecards well before the due date and yet my pay ends up coming late on Thursdays when I normally would get it somewhat earlier. It sort of irritates me because I have bills that see my pay date through my linked account & will try to take out bills early because of this. Outside of that…I do not like that if you are accepted for a shift & have to cancel a good enough time in advance it will still count against you, but the facility has up to the last two hours to cancel you with no issues. There is no leniency for the workers.

Hello! Thank you for letting us know your thoughts on the pay schedule. We are happy to state that Pay On Demand will be released within the next two weeks. Pay On Demand will offer earned wage access and more flexibility! As for our callout policy, this is something we created with nurses and facility managers - both thoughts and opinions were taken into account, but that doesn't mean it's perfect. I'll happily share your feedback with our team!

I can’t download the updated app

So I tried to login and look for shifts and I notice a saying to download the new app but it says that my iPad and my iPhone it’s not compatible to the new download how can I pick up shifts

Response from developer

Hello! We are aware of this situation with Apple and are actively working on a solution. While it is not ideal, for now, we ask that you contact support@eshyft.com so we can assist you with picking up shifts.

Pay Options/Shift Approval/App Interface

Very straightforward and clean user interface on the platform. Easy to navigate and use. But with all of the available agencies offering pay on demand, ESHYFT may be easily losing good healthcare workers to other apps where the only difference between the shifts being you would be able to get your money instantly, or next day with competitors as opposed to a week with ESHYFT. So, they are acceptable if you don’t mind waiting for facilities to approve you, or getting cancelled on frequently along with the weekly pay.

Hello! Thank you so much for your feedback! We're happy to hear that you have an overall positive experience using ESHYFT. We hear your concerns, and you'll be happy to know that ESHYFT will be introducing pay on demand shortly! This is a widely popular request, and we're so excited to launch it.

Needs improvement

Intely care offers there CNAs great pay as well as daily pay and automatic shift approvals I believe If ESHYFT was to up the pay for employees and allow which ever shift you apply to you get approved would make this agency top notch

Response from developer

Hello! Thank you so much for your constructive review. We understand that other apps offer daily pay and automatic shift approvals, and ESHYFT nurses have requested these features. In the last month, we introduced InstaSHYFTS, which are shifts you can book instantly with no facility manager approval required. Additionally, we are working on a pay on demand option that will be released soon. Overall, we believe our nurses will enjoy these changes. Thank you again for your suggestions!

If there is 0 star, would have rate the app and the company 0 star rating. I was booked for a shift, facility cancelled and I already also withdraw from the app and to find out the next day I was still on, this like almost 5pm and I had to drive like 1 hour to get to the facility, talk to one of the representative that I would like to be paid starting either from 3pm or 4pm for the shift I already being canceled for which they refused, she asked me to cancel from the shift but can’t do that on the app and she said that she will write a note so that it doesn’t affect me just to find out the next I was being suspended and I called to clarify and they had to let me know that they can’t reinstate my account. First shift with them and got issue already. This must be a joke…I used other app and never get this issue with any of them…

Response from developer

Hello! I'm so sorry for the inconvenience you faced during your first shift with us. If a facility cancels on a nurse, the facility is supposed to cancel the shift. It sounds like that didn't happen here and as a result, you accidentally NCNS which results in a suspension. I am going to look into this situation on your behalf and update you with what I learn.
