Not a good app
The issues I have is that it takes to long to load and times out most of the time! This is frustrating especially when you want to check your balance or need to transfer money and your just left with a loading screen!jerry645
Takes longer now
So when I login and I hit my passcode, it only registers three of the four buttons I am pressing so then I have to delete it and try again.
Now I have to do a whole bunch of different processes and search instead of just selecting right in front of me what I need so the update was not an update. It was a downgrade to an older inferior system. you try to make things better by making them more technical and that’s the opposite. You need to simplify.
Kiss, keep things, simple stupid
Changing the platform, so you’ve got a look scroll, and it’s just more complicated. Does the exact same role it did before, just takes twice as long now, that doesn’t make the app better, It makes it worse.. stop doing app development to keep people in a job and do app development to develop the application for the people that use it. Don’t bother with this app
Worst banking app. Clunky. Most of the time it’s having issues. You can’t change payments or anything on it.
Actually the online banking is just as bad.

Useless actual functionality on the iPad
Unfortunately even the bank personnel recommend not to use the app on an iPad. The limit changes doesn’t work. After you ring the bank they limit changes in the app but it doesn’t allow payments as it says the limit is exceededRetireland
