Avoid this app/bank at all costs. Constantly down for ‘maintenance’, I couldn’t function if this was my only bank. Doesn’t send OTP to the registered mobile number so the purchase of timed tickets is impossible. Cannot function overseas as all payments need verification and they can only send OTP to a registered mobile number (which cannot be achieved if you purchase an eSIM in country). Totally useless. I’m sick of not being able to access my own money when I need it

It’s ok. Changing limits for osko payments doesn’t actually change the limit. It’s stuck at $1000 no matter what you set.

Transactions Display
The app is generally good and easy to use.
There is one confusing feature in the Transaction display page however. There is no dividing ‘line’ to separate a list of transactions on a given day from the next date. The ‘underline’ of the next date can be confused as the divider. A small issue for an otherwise very adequate app.

Most frustrating bank app on the market
Constantly crashes whenever I try to open up “pay anybody”
Shockingly poor updates
Can’t seem to get any support for this app because it’s free, but the updates seem to always create bugs in the app. The latest one seems to have made it only load one out of every three of four times I try it. Banking is essential, the bugs need to be resolved quickly.
App no longer working
Since the last update I haven’t been able to login I have deleted and reinstalled it works once then just fails the rest of the time
The app closes down immediately clicking on it
I am using ISO 17.2.1 devise. When I clicked on the app, it closed down immediately. It has happened for a month. I had to use website to access the account.
Bad search options
Every time I try to search particular words in payment history, it never works. Very frustrating
