Don’t bother with this app
Worst banking app. Clunky. Most of the time it’s having issues. You can’t change payments or anything on it.
Actually the online banking is just as bad.

Useless actual functionality on the iPad
Unfortunately even the bank personnel recommend not to use the app on an iPad. The limit changes doesn’t work. After you ring the bank they limit changes in the app but it doesn’t allow payments as it says the limit is exceeded
Still fails to compete
Horrible app. I had hopes after all of the hype ADCU put behind their new and improved app only to be disappointed. The app is very sluggish and lacks even the most basic of features other banks provide.
Not enjoying the new upgrade - too slow
Although the former version was basic and quite often slow, it was better than what we have now. This new version is not user friendly, too fiddly and OMG, it’s sooooooooo slow. It’s putting me off using it. My daughter has said the exact same thing as well. AMiB come on, you can do better than this. Being this slow is not acceptable. NAB app springs into life, why can’t you? Very disappointing “upgrade”
