Catalogs are great
Ever since the catalog feature got added to the app, working with my partners and customers has never been easier. No more sending files, just capture and create your products, add them to your catalog and off they go in one shareable URL web link which my partners can then share with theirs and they can share with theirs and so on. The look and feel of the catalog is very impressive and the fact that I can customize it with my own branding truly makes me look very professional.

More Media Editing Tools
As someone who isn’t a professional photographer, I love that the app works smoothly and automatically with the lightbox to guarantee a white background. And even if that doesn’t work I can always edit the image through the background removal tool and that way I can present my items with both a black and white background. Very handy! If the background removal feature could be offered to work on videos too, that would truly be amazing and I wouldn’t ever have to worry about my media not looking like studio quality stuff.

MAJOR APP FLAWS
Could not find an App that is more flawed than this one, absolutely terrible. Constant crashes. Connect to the Lightbox and you have to leave the app then reopen to access the camera/video. Sharing images is a slow clunky process. Needs a huge a mount of work to bring it up to scratch, especially with the cost of the new Lightbox.

Good product, tired of updates
Love the product, but every time I open the app, which is almost daily, there is an update it seems. Very frustrating. Please make the updates a little further apart.
Please stop with the updates
App works fine but 2 updates EVERY week is not only annoying, it usually breaks something. Just leave well enough alone please.
Logos and watermarks done work.
Cannot rely on this company’s software. Constant glitches and problems with the app. Latest one with logos and watermarks is taking a long time to resolve.
Image File Name Time Stamp
I love this app, very easy to use! With practice I’ve been able to take beautiful images of gemstones. My only gripe is that a time stamp is added to the end of my SKU number in the image file. Our image upload system requires file names to exactly match the sku number. It is very time consuming to have to delete the time stamp from every single image file.

New update has ruined it
The latest update is bad. The ability to take point and shoot videos and pictures is gone. It takes forever to adjust and even after that the adjustments never happened. The diamonds are washed out, they look glassy, the white gold is all dark. The diamonds are washed out, it doesn’t focus. Pretty much with the latest update the GemLightbox has become a very very expensive center piece.

More improvements
I'm a regular user of this product and there are some suggestions I think others will also enjoy. Can you add a percentage how much zoom I do so I can keep subsequent images and video that same zoom amount? Also there is bug where when I am taking a picture and have set my tint to zero and press gallery then I go back to taking a photo/video the tint goes back to like +4 etc. I tried turning the tint beta off but that causes my photos to still be too yellow so I have to go back and turn tint back on and manually set it to zero on both levels. Also this new update has messed up my Bluetooth connection with both turntable and aerial. When I press to record the table doesn't move but the timer does, so I have to go back and disconnect and reconnect. That Bluetooth issue never occurred before this update. Otherwise this a cool product and I enjoy using it. But the above mentioned points are annoying to deal with.

Will not connect to the light box. When it does, it disconnects within seconds.
