Difficult to use
Trying to file a claim for a car windshield crack and all I see on line is my boat policyShould be easier to make a payment
Although I’m signed up for automatic payments on a quarterly basis, I occasionally wish to make an extra payment or pay off the premium for the year early, especially considering the newly imposed surcharge for using a credit card. This app is very, very poor.Unusable
This app and your website are both unusable. Pages spend an absolute ridiculous amount of time loading and most often never even load. I haven’t seen tech this bad since the early days of the internet in the 90s. Thoroughly unacceptable to offer this trash to your clients.Very Cumbersome to open app
I dread having to use this app because of how quirky and difficult it is to open.
The app says ‘you’re one click away’ but it requires a great deal of effort to get in and you to have to re-verify every time you log in.
It should work much more smoothly than it does with latest gen iPhone w facial recognition ID.
Very difficult to retrieve insurance cards.
PLEASE improve this App!!! Login process needs updating and streamlining!
