Connectivity issues where Chubb server is down during sessions
Chubb server is responding that it can not retrieve information due to possible internet connectivity issues(!) but if there were connectivity issues, it the server would not be able to be contacted nor reply with error messages. My device is connecting to other addresses on the web.Vehicle tag number
Looking at my insurance card I noticed that my vehicle tag number does not appear. In the future is it possible to include this information on the insurance card.Not User Friendly
Not user friendly and hard to find auto insurance cards only. Must go through the process of reading/scanning through documents to get to cards. Need a card only selection.Very poor UI and usability
So far this has been a very poor experience vs any other apps of similar nature (USAA, Banking, Brokerage). It has a poor UI and has trouble retrieving information regularly. Feels like a very dated or low end mobile experience for such a premium branded business.Terrible and not user friendly whatsoever
This app is flawed in every way possible. It asks for a verification pin to login, so I enter the pin (sometimes multiple times) and it just shoots me back to the login page and I’m not able to do anything. Worthless. I literally want to make a payment and I can’t. Chubb, I’m throwing my money at you but you won’t accept it; what gives?!Show lessTime consuming to use. Buggy
Lately I can not even log onto the app at all. After I get the text message PIN I am sent back to the sign on page. That makes the app worthless.
In past versions… when I actually could log in… I find that it was logged me out. I must then consult my password manager for the appropriate details. Very cumbersome! I pay a lot of money to insure several homes and vehicles with Chubb and I expect an app that doesn’t waste my timeShow lessNot always functional
Often has difficulty logging inProblem with login
I have the latest version but get stuck in a loop after my second level verification and have to start over. I have reinstalled the app., rebooted my phone and done all the usual checks. My IOS version is the latest available (16.4). Until this is fixed, I’ll use the browser version with Safari (it works fine, but takes a little longer than a working mobile version would.Show lessCovered
Easy to deal with ChubbConfusing payment pages
Impossible to readily tell payment history. Very confusing. Other apps much more intuitive.
